Alex is incredibly kind, professional, and will be our first call if we ever need appliance repair in the future.

I have had the techs from Home-Serv out to my home a number of times. My previous and current washers are unfortunately cheap and break a lot.

We have an old washer and an old dryer. Our washing machine has not worked very well for a couple of years (some of the original options no longer functioned), and finally, it stopped working altogether. We debated whether to repair it, or buy a new one. We got a good quote from Alex at Home-Serv and decided to have him repair it. Wow. We wish we had had him work on the machine earlier. It works perfectly, including features that haven't worked in years. It works as though it were new. What a waste it would have been to throw this washer in the landfill. Thanks Alex!

Alex came to my home to service our Samsung washing machine. What a gentleman! I was astounded by his knowledge, and he quickly fixed our machine and went on his way, under an hour for a stuck bit of material in the pump. 100% will call again.

Alex was great. He was able to very quickly analyze the problem with my dryer and explain it very carefully to me. He took before and after photos so I could see what he had done inside my dryer. He advised me on proper dryer vent maintenance. His charge was totally reasonable for 2 hours of labor. I was an electronic repair tech in my past life so I know when a repair tech is good and he was excellent.

Great service! Our oven stopped heating up, but it's only 5 years old and we want to continue using it instead of buying a new one. Vladimir was awesome. He arrived on-time and very clearly explained his diagnosis of the problem, how he planned to fix it, and transparently explained what the costs would be. He had a replacement part in his van and was able to bring our oven back to life within about an hour of time. Their prices were fair and reasonable. Highly recommended!

This was Alex's second time out, this time to repair our 30 yr old dryer. He was thorough, courteous and had a great sense of humor because we painted the dryer vent shut, causing the dryer's heating element to break. He also found and fixed some other issues with the dryer, restoring it to nearly new working condition. I highly recommend him.
