Vladimir provided us excellent service. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and resolved the problem with our refrigerator in a through and efficient manner. His knowledge and professionalism were greatly appreciated. He was able to complete the repair work on site, and we were extremely pleased on all levels. Alex knows his work very well. He is clear, direct, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He walked in to a mess of a disassembled dryer (my doing) and was able to find out what the initial issue was for my dryer. He was very thorough and committed to finding the right answer for my problem. I would request him a hundred times again.

I have a 21 year old Maytag washer and a middle aged dishwasher which were not working. I believe we are cultured to buy new appliances which were going to cost me $3,000. I decided to try Yelp and found Home-Serv. I chose them because their reviews were stellar. I called and and the receptionist made an appointment within 48 hours. It cost $90. for a service person to asses the situation. If either could be repaired the $90. went toward the repair. Alex appeared at my door looked at the old Maytag and said it could be repaired but because of its age it would take 5-7 days to get parts. He also told me the history of Maytag and why my machine was so good. Next I asked about the dishwasher . He turned it on listened with his ear to the door(reminded me of a doctor with a stethoscope) pointed out he could hear glass in the drain, showed me part by part why it wasn't cleaning my dishes. When he returned (sooner then expected) to repair my appliances, he showed me the glass in the drain pipe, and how it had worn the blades down on the pump which was why it wasn’t draining properly. Both my washer and dishwasher are working better then I can remember. Alex was prompt, efficient, educational and tidy. I would definitely recommend Home-Serv and ask for Alex!

The five star reviews of this place are well deserved! I had a dishwasher issue and had a different company out to try and fix it. Three visits later, they still didn't know what was wrong or how to make it better. Home-Serv had it diagnosed in 5 minutes and fixed in under an hour, all for a very reasonable price. They were professional, respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and taught me about what had gone wrong so I had a good understanding of what they were doing. Truly outstanding!

Alex did a fantastic job dealing with a power issue to my washing machine. He was on time, friendly, communicated clearly, and was very thorough. On top of that, the pricing was very fair. Definitely recommend Alex and Home-Serv for any issues you have with an appliance.

Alex arrived right on time and was very polite and professional. He clearly explained the issues with our Bosch dryer and demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills. What looked like a goner that we’d have to replace, he somehow managed to fix. The dryer is now working like new, and we couldn’t be more pleased. We would definitely recommend his services.

Alex was great! He diagnosed and fixed the issue with my washer very quickly. He also explained it very well and was super clear about pricing. Super grateful to have a working washer. I also was told by multiple repairmen that they wouldn’t work on Blomberg washers so I’m grateful to have found someone willing to take a look. This beats buying a whole new set to fit in my tiny space.

We had a good experience with Home-Serv. Our technician, Alex, came to figure out why our washer was leaking water. He was very diligent in working to figure out the issue. He wasn't interested in spending our money if it wasn't going to fix the problem. Thanks Alex for your hard work. The washer is working perfectly now.

Look no further for your appliance repair needs - this was the best experience we could have hoped for. Our Jenn-Air gas range and stove was in need of major repair, and Vladimir and his Home-Serv team swooped in with professionalism, product knowledge and a no-problem attitude. Special parts had to be ordered and Vladimir came back for a second call to complete the job. He went far beyond anything we expected - all with clear communication and utter cleanliness. Floor protection, booties on shoes, courteous and respectful of time and costs. Our invoice was detailed and very fair. We could not be happier - with our resurrected stove and with Home-Serv. We would definitely recommend to everyone!

Excellent experience from start to finish. I missed him the first time, completely my fault, and he came back promptly when I called. He diagnosed the lid issue on my washer, explained that the part is on backorder, and still took extra time to get it working safely for now.

He was incredibly honest, showing me the cost of parts and advising that replacing the lid would cost more than buying a new machine since it is glass and fancy. I truly appreciated his transparency and integrity. Kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! I will absolutely use this company again.
