Cody from Jepson Arbor canceled scheduled appointments more than once, and eventually just stopped responding to requests for service. I never got a chance to rate their service because I didnt receive any. Very disappointing.

They did a wonderful job. In the initial visit they gave comprehensive info and different options of things to have done and what could be done later. The crew that came out was thorough and checked in on any clarifying details. they did the job faster than projected and cleaned everything up nicely. A joy to work with and I will continue seeking their services!

After the big storm a year ago, we had two huge firs go down in our backyard. Jepson Arbor chopped them up promptly and at a fair price.

I am the liaison to the Westlake HOA Board for the 20 acres of woodland that is surrounded by homes, so I oversee the removal of trees or large branches that could fall on homes. I have always liked Cody Jepson's prompt response when I called him with a problem. After the huge storm in January 2024, many arborists were jacking up their prices. Cody charged us the same prices as always. He took on some complicated puzzles of trees leaning into each other and safely resolved the problems with judicious cuts. He's honest, skilled, and a great guy to work with.

Cody of Jepson Arbor has been a godsend to us. He's worked on small tree projects as well as one where he had 2-3 guys 60 feet up in an Doug fir tree that was next to a very tall rotting and dangerous tree that needed to come down. It was very challenging. He and his crew have been prompt and awesome to work with.

One of his best tools.....brooms - his crew cleans up the work area fastidiously which is uncommon.

We have many fir, cedars and other large trees in the back yard of our West Hills home near Forest Park. We need regular tree service to maintain them, prevent winter storm damage and mitigate risk of fire. This year, my uphill neighbor also asked me to help him preserve his view. We got multiple bids, but Cody Jepson, a certified Arborist and owner of this company offered his 28 years of expertise, gave us a detailed, free estimate, and allowed us to split the invoice, Their quote was by far the best value in price and the service was outstanding. I was delighted it is a family business. His sons are climbers, ensured the work was done safely and to our mutual satisfaction, then left the job site cleaner than when they arrived, carefully hauling and chipping the branches. I referred them to my another neighbor who let me know the work was outstanding as well.

Recently purchased a 100+ year old home in Hillsboro with a beautiful and seemingly healthy 250+ year old Black Walnut tree. Before buying, we had Jepson Arbor Specialists come in to survey the health of the tree. We could tell it needed a good trimming and likely other preventative maintenance, and they were able to put together a solid multi-year plan to hopefully get another 100 years or more out of this gorgeous tree.

They did an amazing job clearing out dying branches and were able to help us re-hang our beloved 50' wooden swing in a manner that was safe for us and the tree. They were able to drop the huge branches with care and left no trace behind. Further they had us add a feeding and fertilizer routine that will help us weather invasive species and fungal concerns and also hopefully avoid such heavy fruit-dropping in the summers and falls ahead as the tree will be in a less defensive stance going forward.

I placed a claim with chw and this poor quality handy man came took my money found the problem but don't know how to fix it.

Nice enough people but their solutions are very expensive and they choose to not offer less costly options.

Gabe is awesome! He and his team have done about a dozen jobs on my home, from replacing my countertops to installing flooring and drywall and light fixtures. He's extremely responsive and quick to get things done!

Our water heater went out and we were connected to Bridgetown through our home warranty. After realizing our appointment through the warranty company was set out 10 days I left a voice mail for Bridgetown on a Sunday with no expectation of hearing back until the next day. Within an hour I received a call from Gabe and he was able to fit us in much earlier because he didn’t want us without hot water for so long during the winter. The repair was challenging to say the least and ended up being a full replacement. Throughout the process Gabe was on top of it communicating throughout to get us squared away.
Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Bridgetown.
