Jason was amazing to work with. We got notification that he was coming 15min before he arrived. He arrived on time and completed the job in a fast and professional manner. I would highly recommend Efficiency Heating & Cooling, and JASON for your repair needs.

Very thorough quote with Ray, we went through all my options, as I wasn’t sure if I should switch from a gas furnace to an electric heat pump (fortunately I had enough amps already, which if I hadn’t this would have cost a good amount of money). Appreciated that they considered the rebates and tax incentives as well (got 3 quotes and they did not all consider this). Also this quote was the easiest to follow. Then once I made my decision the work was scheduled pretty quickly after (have to consider the wait time for all the parts to come in). The folks who showed up to install were friendly, tidy, worked quickly, and answered a lot of my questions. They even gave honest feedback on where the pump would look the best. The first day was Johnny, then the second day was Johnny and Raphael plus electricians who came through. I also really appreciated the text message tracker which gave detailed info on when staff were going to show up, and included a photo of the person. I ended up switching to a very quiet/efficient Mitsubishi heat pump, so far it works great. I look forward to having a cooler house next summer.

Seven and Matt installed 5 Daikin mini splits. It only took two days, which is pretty cool. They explained everything, were kind, courtious, friendly, and a joy to have around. I had coil ceiling heat, turned the breakers off, and was heating by wood stove. For the first time I have heating and cooling. They are quiet, and work very incredibly well. I am impressed! The electrician explained what he did , and fixed something that was not done properly prior. Rob is amazing. I am super grateful for him. Just all around amazing people, company, and product.

I sought out Efficiency Heating and Cooling to replace my furnace and A/C units after my next door neighbor used their services, himself. He was very pleased and so am I.
I knew right away when I met them that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They have a great deal of experience. They were easy to talk with and even stayed late the first day to finish the furnace install because we had been without heat for two weeks in winter. They were great. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a new install. Great job, guys!

Always professional, knowledgable, & ready to go the extra mile. During a routine maintenance, Tristan went out of his way to research & respond to some of my HVAC-adjacent questions. You can probably find a cheaper company, but over the past couple years, Efficiency's … well, efficiency, & the peace of mind they provide is worth every penny.

Rob from Efficiency Heating and Cooling provided an estimate for replacing our furnace and AC. The estimate was competitive and reasonable for the job. He did an excellent job explaining options and didn’t try to upsell us. His communication was excellent, texting arrival time and asked if that time would still work. Communication with the office was also excellent from scheduling to follow up. Overall so far excellent customer service.

Our bill monthly with equal pay reached 650.00 but the straw that broke my back was in sub 40° weather (we live up in Rhododendron on the mountain) and my furnace couldn't maintain mid 60 degree temps. I clicked on one of efficiency's ads on Facebook and Rob came out. Amazing gentlemen, no high pressure sales like I'm used to. Sold me on an 18 month same as cash, my instincts tells me my savings everyones should pay for the new heat pump (update at end). Had Jason and Mark come on out NEXT DAY to install. Both guys were super nice even with my 2 year old popping his head in and out checking out what they were doing 🤦‍♂️. There was a snafu and they had to bring out a different unit, the owner with out me asking offered to drive an hour one way to bring space heater (we declined, we have a wood furnace for sich an occasion) but the offer ment the world when judging the quality of a company. Jason came back out and finished up the install and now a bit later my power consumption is cut in half (via the pge website) and my heat pump keeps up with the temp perfectly! I couldn't suggest this company enough, every person I've had contact with showed the same kind of customer service I hold myself to.

Jason is a great guy and a great salesman! He was really easy to work with, and really listened to what we wanted! I feel like he went above and beyond to help us get the system we needed, and was so good about making sure we had all the information we needed to to make our choice! Very knowledgeable! Great company. Great experience with great people. I was so afraid because of how much it cost but you know what. It's the best amount of money that I've spent. There's been some issues as far as my thermostat and understanding the whole process of how this thermostat works because it's such a change for us, but we're figuring it out. I love the fact that I can call and they will come. I've never seen a company so responsive and so respectful of my situation. They even put up with the animals running around my house. Thank you so much for not being freaked out. I highly recommend that if you need air conditioning or repair on a furnace, you contact these people.

We had a WONDERFUL experience with efficiency heating and cooling. I own a vacation rental business and one of our houses had a sudden failure with our mini splits. I needed to get heat back in the house asap. Efficiency met that need with stars. From the very beginning they were clear, communicative, honest and hard working. Rob, was so kind to talk with us on his weekend in order to get things done as quickly as possible. He went out of his way- which was so kind and appreciative. Everyone else that I have worked with has also been top notch. For 20 years I owned a design and build construction company. I have worked with many HVAC companies in that time--and I would without hesitation say that Efficiency is one of the all time best!

It has been a pleasure to work with Efficiency Heating & Cooling over the last few months as they have come in to clean, repair and bring up to speed the HVAC systems in our small two story office building.

Our dedicated technician is Tristan, and he is great! He always takes the time to thoroughly review the work he is doing with us to make sure we understand everything and are on the same page about what needs to be done next. The admin team is also very helpful, and it feels like there is good communication between their field technicians and the staff that does scheduling. Pricing is transparent and seems reasonable for the scope of the work that is being done.
