So, so disappointed and loss of money. I had an emergency leak and reached out to Jeremy. He said he would be able to come out within the next few days to see about fixing it. I didn't hear anything else and three days later, I reached back out to see when he would be able to stop by. He said he already did, fixed it with a sealant and sent me pictures - which shows it was dark outside, hard to see a long roof. Initially I was thrilled but it rained the next day and nothing was resolved. When I reached back out, he said he'll stop by again but didn't say when. I asked for a timeframe since my carpet + furniture were being delivered in less than two weeks. His response? That he better be able to plug it in 2 weeks. No timeframe whatsoever. I proceeded to reach out to several other companies and they all actually came out to see the leak in the daylight, when I was home so they can see the leak, communicated with me about what's wrong, the damage, and what needs to be done to fix it. And all of them said the same thing, including that the sealant that was applied did absolutely nothing and I wasted my money. At the end of the week, I reached back out telling him to not worry about coming out again. When he informed me that it would be free to come out again + further repairs would be covered and he already planned to come out that afternoon, I took it back. Later that night I reached out again cause he did a no show. Rescheduled. Then he did another no show.

So unprofessional and terrible communicator. I'm disappointed that I paid a lot for nothing and hope nobody has to go through the same thing. I would NOT recommend Good Affordable Roofing to anyone.

Good Affordable Roofing has fixed two different leaks for us over the last year. They always show up in a timely fashion, and get the job done right the first time. They are a reliable company to do business with.

Save your money this guy is a joke!!!
He gave me a five year warranty… It took him 2 1/2 years after I replaced my roof to FINALLY come out and tell me that he’s not going warranty the gutters he installed because the roof was replaced (2months ago).

Gutters have leaked since day one. He uses inferior product to underbid and doesn’t stand by warranty. All he needs to do is come back and fix a couple of screws and everything would be fine but he will not do it.

To top it off, the guy is a total jerk!

The crew are very professional and polite. They kept me informed of the progress and issues that came up. I used Good Affordable Roofing for the roof on my house and liked them so much I had them come back to do the garage. I highly recommend Good Affordable Roofing Services.

This guy, Jeremy, did some maintenance on a house we were selling as part of the buyer terms for closing. He was recommended (~suggested) by the buyers. He showed up a half hour late--even though he lives 5 minutes away--and talked about family, God, and being from the local neighborhood. I had confirmed with him over the phone prior to hiring him that he would also clean the gutters in addition to doing some moss removal and attic mold remediation. He worked for about 45 minutes and left without saying anything, never to return. He charged us nearly $1,500 through escrow closing and neglected to do the gutters. I'm not a professional contractor but I could tell the work he did do was sloppy. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!

We highly recommend the Tom Leach Roofing team! Their estimate was right in line with other estimates we got, but we went with them because the estimate included precise details about every step of the process from tear off, replacement, to clean up. Other estimates seemed a little vague about some of the details, which made me wonder if things that should be part of a roof replacement were included. They sent photos of the job as it was being done, and when it was complete, which was great, as it's pretty hard to see what the top of your roof looks like. They also got the job done super fast, and our property looked cleaner than it did before they came.

We had Tom Leach Roofing install a replacement shed roof several years ago so we had them quote us for our new roof for our house. Once again we were very happy with the quality, attention to detail, as well as the professionalism of all involved. The new roof is absolutely beautiful and I know it will last us for several decades to come. We definitely recommend this company. Thank you to Aaron, Juan, and crew!

The project was completed on time, on budget, clean site after each day and at end of job — could not ask for a better job. I would highly recommend Tom Leach Roofing! We added a Velux skylight to our nursery room. The whole process was so easy, efficient and very reasonably priced. I'm very happy with the quality of the installation and the advice Aaron offered on placement and size of the window-- it looks great in the small nursery room! Tom Leach replaced our roof just shy of 30yrs ago. The quality of the work was excellent then and remains so today. Bid was comparable to others received.
Besides roofing , needed 8 rafter tails and soffits replaced. We had questions about that process.
Aaron not only explained how the work would be done, he provided several pictures of what the job would look like when in progress.
Juan and his crew were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the job they were doing. Daily clean up was much appreciated.
Overall a stress free experience.

I found Tom Leach Roofing through recommendation from a satisfied neighbor. Aaron Orthmann, the owner/manager, treated me fairly from start to finish. I am highly satisfied with his management and with the work of his subcontracted crew, who were both proficient and courteous. I read good reviews of the Malarkey asphalt shingles they use, and am very happy with my color choice (Sienna Blend).

Tom Leach replaced my roof 19 years ago. The roof was in good shape until a year ago when the wearing of its age started to become evident. I had the roof replaced and a skylight replaced in January of this year. The cost was reasonable and within the range of the other estimates I had done. The crew was efficient and professional. They showed up at the time I was expecting them to. They got the project done in about 2 days. The cleanup was thorough. I had excellent communication with the crew and Aaron. I highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Tom Leach Roofing was one of the best contractor-experiences we’ve ever had. We were impressed from the get-go; Aaron, the company owner, responded promptly to our quote request, and thoroughly answered all our questions. We booked in mid-February, with a promised start date in mid-March, and the crews were able to start two days earlier than expected.
