These guys came out to remove a leaning cherry tree that was over our house. They knew exactly what they were doing and dropped the tree safely away from the structure. All the material that was agreed to was chipped and hauled away. I’m pretty sure they left the yard looking better than it was before.

I had a tree fall on my house during a wind/rain storm! Red came to my rescue before all the rain could do any more damage and did a fantastic job getting the tree off of my house, getting the tree hauled away and cleaning up afterwards. This recommendation is overdue! I was put in contact with Getaway through a local community group and it was one of the best referrals I’ve ever had. Not only was Red quick to communicate and set up a time for a bid, but was actually able to do the work that same day. I had one dead tree and one that was growing out of control. He took care of each of them with ease and at a very fair price.

Our family highly recommends this wonderful and talented company. Getaway Tree Service skillfully and professionally removed our 90 year old, hundred plus foot tall declining hazardous forked doug fir from along the highway, between power and utility lines in a busy traffic intersection with sometimes uncooperative pedestrians walking through closed sidewalks.

This is obviously not just a job for their team. They were professional, positive, well set up, and technical in their every action and finished on time. The communication is also what makes them stand out. The bid was clear, they gave regular updates, they did what they said they were going to do and more. If you are unsure about what tree service to go with choose these folks. Many companies do tree trimming, Red, Andrea, and team do skilled technical work that is an art and craft.

We had a leaning English Walnut behind the house and were concerned about the integrity of the ground. I contacted Red and he came out that evening to take a look. He came back the next day with his buddy to safely and efficiently take the tree down. I highly recommend him and plan to have him back out for some pruning on an Oak we have.

I couldn't ask for better service. Red was on time and did everything I asked for. Trimmed back all my fruit trees and did extra. The apples were even cleaned up off the ground. This guy is amazing and very affordable. I highly recommend his services!!!!!

Red and crew are the *best*. Super fast emergency tree service, very reasonable pricing, and a great attitude all around. We called during the Dec 27, 2022 windstorm for a tall fallen Douglas fir on our driveway, and another dangerous uprooted leaner, struck by the first tree. Red and his crew even cut through a different giant fallen tree on the main road just to reach us! They made quick work of our trees and cut us a path through! Super guys, friendly and great to work with.

We reached out to Getaway Tree Service LLC to help us remove two very large trees that were right next to our home. One tree was a 130 foot tall pine with many of its branches the size of little trees. The other tree was a 2+ story old maple that was infested with ants. Red and his team tackled the job like pros! His skill in climbing trees and cutting them down quickly and safely is superb! He and his team are so friendly, and worked long hours to get the job done on time. They had to work through rain, hail, and high-winds, as we were having a crazy week of weather here in Oregon. I will definitely be using them again to remove more trees in our forested area. They are a great local business to support and you can’t beat the service and the great prices. Check them out it’s worth it!

I learned about Getaway Tree Service since the owner was well-respected, and was known to help the community in anyway he could. I made sure to keep their information in case we needed them. Forward a few years later, we had a compromised tree near our bedroom that would lift with any windstorm. We let Getaway Tree Service know, and they came out the same day to inspect it. They were fast, easy to communicate with, left the job with the down tree cut into manageable sizes and organized. Thank you for letting our family rest easy knowing that tree won't be able to come down on our house.

Kyle went above and beyond expectations on some of my new construction projects. His team worked diligently in harsh winter conditions, clearing brush, removing fallen trees, and trimming trees using both machinery and hand work where precision was needed. My Apex tree service was fantastic. Priced extremely well compared to others. 5 man crew took down 3 - 100 foot plus fir trees in less than 6 hours. All branches ground up. Logs stacked and cleaned up. Will use them on the next set of trees when I’m ready to take them down. Thanks Apex
