I called looking for a dishwasher mount and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. I was able to buy the mount for an extremely reasonable price and when I went to pick it up he gave me some helpful tips on how to use it.

The folks at Master Appliance are so helpful; we needed a new dryer and they not only delivered it but took our old non-working dryer away. Small town service at its' best!

I'm not saying this could happen every time but Master Appliance were able to take my call on a Monday morning for my broken washer and be at my house repairing it two hours later. This is a company that believes in being prompt and professional. Diagnosis was quick and the remedy was a new part. The job was fairly priced and so for me here is a company you can trust. Thank you Ken for coming over and lowering our stress over mountains of laundry waiting to be done!

One of my go to appliance stores to call/or check first. Consistent customer service. I've replaced a lot of different washer and dryer parts and they always seem to be fairly accurate as far as when parts should arrive in stock. They also warranty new appliances so you don't have to deal with the manufacturer within the warranty period.

Purchased a new filter for my fridge. Filter wouldn't stay in the housing when we cycled water through. At one point the filter rocketed out of our fridge and flew about 15 feet hitting the island and breaking. Filter was in "use" for all of 20-25 minutes while we tried to cycle the water through. Refused to return the item, stated that with new housing water pressure was greater and may have caused the filter to fly out. Offer to do a service call on the fridge to inspect the housing that has been fully functional prior to the new filter going in. I called Frigidaire and they suggested that I had purchased a faulty filter and Master Appliance's parts department should return the item and offer a refund or new filter. So I am out $45 on what the manufacturer has identified as a possible bad filter, and the company I bought it from refuses to honor their product that they sell. They will however offer to charde me a service call to install a new filter.... At my expense of course.. Don't waste your time or money. Seriously terrible service. I like to keep my business local, and will pay a premium to do so. In this case, you are better off going to the big box stores.

This company is the best! Ken knows everything about used and new appliances but doesn't make you feel silly for not knowing and patiently answers all your questions. They have done appliance repairs for us for years and I'm thrilled to find out they have new appliances now too. You can count on them to give you the best customer service and a fair price no matter what you are buying. They are looking for lifetime customers instead of quick sales and it shows.

These guys are awesome. I took our older GE clothes washer in as it wasn't agitating. Next day it was fixed. Then took our older GE clothes dryer in, as it had been catching clothes and ruining and ruining them. Next day, fixed. Both repairs were very reasonable priced, and so fast. In this day of expendable products, I love having a local company that can keep our appliances running. I don't like the idea of buying the newer appliances if we can repair and keep our originals running. Thanks again!

It's been a journey! “I bought a lemon”....However, Ken & Joe have been determined and have worked endlessly finding a solution for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Plus, they sell new appliances which I wished I'd known before I purchased from a big box store!

Had great service and Erik was very professional in answering my questions and explaining to me the advantages of various range models. We purchased a range and had same day delivery, even saved on the installation fee compared to the large stores. Small fee charged for out of town delivery but still cheaper than local delivery from a large chains. Plus I love their service of providing a year of free repairs if there are problems!

So so grateful to the owners for helping us out on a Saturday they were closed before the heat wave really hits. We just finished installing and already the air is so much cooler. We and our two dogs are so thankful. It's a relief to know there's such a wonderful and kind small business in our town who takes care of those in need. I can't imagine going anywhere else for appliance needs anymore.

We bought an old manufactured home 3 years ago and have had some appliances that tried giving up on us. Eric, the family and crew are always great to work with anytime we need something. Eric has always been honest, sells me the parts he is confident I need to make the repair and doesn’t try to simply sell me new appliances when things are a simple fix. He has also taken care of our appliance needs when we needed an additional freezer, so easy to work with each time we are in need. Eric and Ken have also generously volunteered their time with community events. Shop local and support this local business!

Called Master Appliance on a Monday and had an appointment made for Wednesday afternoon between 1 and 3pm. John showed up just after 1:00. We wasted no time to start assessing our washer and dryer. He knew within 10 minutes what he needed to do. Had the parts needed for the dryer on his truck, explained and showed me what he was replacing, and quoted me a price for everything. He finished fast and helped determine that the washer should have a it's pump replaced. He called in and had the pump ordered, wrote his invoice and was on his way. John was very professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend to anyone with appliance repair needs.

The apartment complex I moved into had my washer/dryer on backorder for over a month so I decided to look into purchasing a pair. The most important factor was when the pair could be delivered. I had first contacted Master Appliance through the email link on their website. It was over Thanksgiving so I figured I wouldn't get a response and they are closed on the weekends.

I called Monday morning and spoke to Eric. He listened to what I needed and gave me a few options with their benefits. I followed along online while he talked through each pair. I settled on a pair and was delighted they would be delivered the next day between 3-5 pm. I didn't have to buy a pair out of my price range or purchase a pair I didn't really need.

At 4:15 pm the next day, Jonah and another delivery person arrived. They wore masks, were polite, installed and tested my new washer and dryer. Jonah then took the time to explain how to use the pair and everyday maintenance. I'm also glad that Master Appliance is a service center should the pair ever need repair.

I highly recommend Master Appliance for any of your appliance needs. They have experience with major brands and have been in business long enough to tell you the similarities and differences to make an informed buying decision.

Just had a visit from Joe at Master Appliance in Monmouth. Dryer heater went bad over 1 week ago. Actually I had read about Master Appliance on Next-door. We stopped in. Made an appointment with Eric, went over all the particulars. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Joe came as expected. Rapidly found the problem, professionally made the repair and the cost was as expected and reasonable.
