Going on 3 days now with the heat wave. was supposed to have a tech out on Monday morning, no one showed. I have now called a total of 11 times over 3 days and can not even get a courtesy call back to let me know if I am in a que or what. Air Serv installed my system brand new less than 2 years ago and this will be the 8th service call (if they ever come) less than steller product and basically no service.

Used them for the first time because of a groupon. The free filter is the wrong size, so I have to replace it with my own, the right size filter. I don't mind paying for my own filter but, don't offer me a free one, as part of the service call and have it be the wrong size. Get me one the right size or don't offer it. Then I "needed" a part, it was amazing how much the price dropped by 2/3 for the part, once I agreed to sign up for their monthly payment "service" program. Where the "service" program is to pay them monthly for the option of possibly moving up the list for faster service, just because you pay them monthly to be on their list. Yeah, now I know why they were so cheap with the groupon, they were selling their "service" contract. Needless to say, I canceled the "service", but had to join it to get a decent price on the part I "needed". Nice technician, so that is the only reason for the decent score.

Tech was early . Very friendly and knowledgable. Found mistake Integrity air made in installing our ac unit and fixed it. Customer service was very helpful. Will use them next time.

It's 2025 and unit started blowing cold air rather than heat. Aire Serv took half an hour to repair (including travel and diagnosis) and charged $499. That's $1,000 per hour - more than I ever made working 35 years as a corporate attorney. The following is an old review: We had an AirServ furnace in a house we bought in 2019. I paid $4,500 to install a new air conditioning unit in 2019. That service went well. The unit is now not blowing cold in most of the house during this heatwave. I have contacted AirServ at least six times to come out and repair, but I have not received a call from the dispatcher. The warranty expires in July, so I assume they are waiting until then. Update on review: It took one month to get someone out for diagnosis. They did not do any work, but quoted $1,800 to further diagnose a leak on a $4,500 system that is still under warranty. I mentioned the warranty twice during the conversation, but meant nothing to the technician. I will have to call another company for a second opinion and possibly complete AireServ's work. Looks like I have an under two year unit that has failed. I guess it's too bad for me.

We recently had new heating and air conditioning units installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was referred by my manager, and from start to finish the process was incredibly easy. The team was professional, efficient, and made everything straightforward. It feels great knowing our home is more comfortable and energy-efficient now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for heating and cooling solutions!

Thank you for seasons. Had never used a heat pump system and was concerned about a puddle of water in front of unit. Jeremy came checked it out, educated my wife and I on what to expect. There was nothing wrong with the unit gave us some instruction about filters and how to run the thermostat to get better control of the system. Thank you so much. I have used Four Seasons annually for years. They installed my heat pump in 2016 as I recall and have always done a great job.. with reasonable charge. However, had to reschedule today's service because of a conflict and was greeted with the female scheduler who offered no lee way for rescheduling around my needs. Although she was not rude rude, she did not even pretend to try to schedule around my request of dates. If Four Season's is that busy to treat a long time customer , then good riddens to them as there r other fish in the tank of heat pump and furnace maintenance who will work to accommodate my needs and dates of service. Shame on Four Seasons! Adios!!

I would recommend Four Seasons to anyone. They recommend the best product for our needs. The installation was timely and professional. They answered all our questions and the price was very reasonable.

We have used Four Seasons before, and their quality all around is excellent: ...responsive, competitive, knowledgeable, informative, not high pressure, excellent workmanship. Even our arborist said he has used them, with the same results and ratings. We highly recommend Four Seasons.

Four Seasons gave me a good price on replacing a heat pump and heater for my house. They told me about all the rebates that were available, then they did all the work applying for the rebates that ended up cutting the cost in half for me. They installed the units when they said, everything went just like they said. I am totally satisfied with them the way they communicated and the job they did. I would recommend to anyone.

Great experience from the consult to the installation. Everyone was wonderful to interact with and Four Seasons had the best prices out there. Very glad I went with and have heat again!

Amazing experience with Four Seasons. Got an extremely well priced estimate for replacing our furnace, ac and water heater from Jason. He took the time to explain all the options and help us choose the right one for us. The technicians showed up on time and kept everything clean. I think the garage is cleaner than it was to begin with. It's very evident the care they took with the installation. It looks miles better than what we had, properly leveled and braced. They took the time to explain what the issues with our old system were. (Poor installation when the house was built.) Mike, one of the owners came to install the water heater. Every single person I spoke with was great, and not a one talked down to me, which is pretty rare as a woman. I work from home, so typically deal with anyone coming to work on our home. By far, the best company I dealt with in this process. Also, every person who met our dogs gave them some love.

Our AC was acting up so we called into Four Seasons late on a Tuesday afternoon for service and Eric came out first thing the next day. I told him what was going on and he was able to diagnose it within 5 minutes. He was happy to walk me through everything so that I understood what was going on and how we could address one aspect of the issue ourselves in the future. He was friendly and professional and very efficient!

Very Profesional team arrived between the hours stated with an additional call 30minutes before their actual arrival. Upon arrival they introduced themselves and provided the needed information of what the work would entail. They answered all my questions and provided detailed information about both the furnace, AC and thermostat. I would highly recommend this team to anyone seeking to install a furnace/AC.

The new mini split system works great! The initial bid was wonderful and the salesman gave it a lot of careful consideration. The installers listened well and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

They did a great job! We've had them install an A/C and and furnace. Highly recommend using them as they are local and priced well, and if there are any issues you just call them and they will take care of it.

Sales person was very polite listen to our needs and designed a system for our home. Our experience with other companies was not very good. Most tried to upsell us to more expensive equipment. Four Seasons was the best sales person. Polite, courteous, and did not try to sell us on extra equipment

The installation was absolutely perfect. Each person was a professional and very courteous. The new installation is much better than the old. It’s very quiet and keeps the house uniform temperature.
