The salesman was knowledgeable and was not use a hard sell approach about the company or their products. Steve reasponded quickly to the two or three questions I had after he left the first meeting. I interviewed a total of 3 companies and Four Seasons had the best price by far and the installation guys were terrific. In and out in less than 3 hours to completely removed our 30 year old furnace and replace it with the new one. They did a great job and we love our new and very quiet furnace. I would highly recommend Four Seasons Heating!!

Excellent experience with three installers doing a full Goodman furnace and AC install, very cleanly done. The install was a swap for 20+ year old equipment. They did a much better install than the original installers. The workers also seemd to express a true fondness for tbe company and owners. One of them had been with the company over 20 years.

Finally the price was about half what others quoted me with the same exact level of equipment. They even installed my Ecobee thermostat I had purchased a year ago and helped me set it up.

Affordable. Great service. On time. This is our second job with them. Highly recommend. Had a mini split installed last year for the AC (yes, even in Portland). Then furnace needed replacing. No up-selling or other foofahs. Just the facts, ma'am.

We are in the process of selling our house and needed our furnace replaced quickly, we called Four Seasons and they came out the next week and installed our new furnace at a much cheaper price than any of the other companies we price checked. They worked with us and were very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend this company!

Eric AMAZING!!!!! He is the only one that I trust to do work on my furnace. I don’t know anything about furnaces, but I can trust Eric is always gonna be honest with what needs to be done. He does a yearly tuneup as well as recently changed the circuit board. He takes his time and makes sure to explain everything to his customers which I truly appreciate. I am truly a customer for life!

Woke up to house temperature at 58 degrees and furnace blowing cold air. Four Seasons was able to get someone out that day! So appreciative that they were able to come out so quickly. Stephen and his team were great!

Whether the Four Seasons crew is servicing equipment or installing a new system, they are always well trained and highly professional. When asked if they enjoy working for Four Seasons, they consistently share how much they like their jobs, their training and how great the company is to work for.
They knew one of our systems was nearing the end of its life, so they sent a manager to handle the service. Sure enough, it was time for a replacement. We felt well informed throughout the process and trusted their recommendation. The new system was extremely reasonable, and we love it.

Great team and great product! Steve was very helpful when discussing options for the best set up for my needs. Spencer and the team was great on install day. They handled a day of install challenge that popped up with ease and communicated clearly & kindly. New system works great!

I found out that there are a lot of ripoffs in the HVAC business. Every single person I dealt with at Four Seasons, went beyond making me feel comfortable. Their Install guys were amazing. Their work was phenomenal and they cleaned up like they were never there. Best price for the highest quality. Highly recommend them.

Four Seasons was fantastic from start to finish. Jason gave me a competitive bid last year, and when I was able to do a minor repair on my own, they still sent me a thank you when I referred a friend.

I called back this year when my AC finally quit, and the pricing was nearly the same as last year despite me calling during a 100° heat wave.

Miguel and Spencer installed the system today. They kept the place tidy, were respectful as I worked from home and cleaned up after themselves completely. The install is neat and organized and the system is working well already!

Eric has been servicing our house for the last 5 years. He’s outstanding from start to finish. Arrives on time, extremely professional, and quickly diagnosed issues. He clearly explains everything and ensure the job was done right.

Highly recommend Four Seasons for any furnace maintenance/repair or replacement! We scheduled a cleaning of our furnace, they fit us in promptly for the next week. The tech that came was super friendly. He noticed there was a crack in our heat return and walked my spouse through it so we could see for ourselves. We had a newborn in the house and he recommended we turn of the system for risk of leaking carbon monoxide. Though the crack was a surprise, we were prepared to possibly need to purchase a new system due to the old one being original to the house and likely on it’s way out. The tech was really reassuring about the price of a new system and they did a partial refund of the cleaning charge and they set up a sales rep to come that day to review options for purchasing a new system.
The sales rep was also really friendly and not pushy. We determined what system to go forward with and he was great with advocating for us to get scheduled for an install asap knowing we had a 8 day old newborn! The team got us scheduled for two business days later and the install was also very smooth.
Can’t recommend them enough! I know family that has also used them over the years with great service. We will definitely use them for all maintenance moving forward and to purchase our AC whenever that goes out!

Seriously, the best service! They were on time, got the job done quickly, taught us how to use our thermostat, and were very professional and friendly. Communication was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. As a new homeowner, in the dead of winter, it was nerve wracking to have our furnace die out, and they made this process so easy with replacement. We also go AC unit installed, I still can’t believe they got it all done in one day. Great service, great price.
