Plumbing reviews in Newport, Oregon

I got an estimate for $1800 to relocate hot water heater. They were here for four hours. Even the installer said they thought they would be here all day. Well they were here. I asked if they would look at my shower faucet as it drips he said it is a Moen and he had it in his truck very simple cartridge install I can do it myself when I saw the bill, he wanted $75 but you can get it on Amazon for $12 later to find out. Moen is guaranteed for life and I could get it for free when I went to return it. He apologized and said it’s not $75. It’s $45 the company is out to rip off people. I have a buddy who works for Moen. He said they replace it at their cost and get reimbursed later on making the service free to them.

No call no show very disappointed

Great people and they do a great job

Prompt service. The professional plumber did excellent work at a fair price.

Friendly, professional, on time, fast, and very reasonable. Thank you!

Called in by Oceanside Flooring to assist in my bathroom tile and flooring project. Prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional.

horrible customer service, they are so disrespectful its honestly insane

Tyler did a tidy, quick and reasonably priced job removing an old kitchen faucet and installing a new one after efficiently dealing with leaky valves under the sink.

Newport plumbing was very professional, affordable and on time. They replaced our garbage disposal at our rental. Thanks Scott!

I tried calling almost every other plumber in the area and didn't get any answers then I called Newport Plumbing and they came out to my house within 15 minutes. I couldn't be more impressed with their punctuality and quality of service. It is more important than most businesses understand.
A+++

We just had John in to fix two leaks, in and out in an hour, he was on time. Fixed it right up and a super nice guy! Can’t ask for much more than that!

So fast! Broken pipes are bad, but finding someone who was willing to go above and beyond to do the job right is great! Thanks for getting the water back on and new pipes... done in a day! Everyone I know already knows to go to you, but new locals will definitely want to know how awesome you are!

I have been so impressed with the quick, thorough and professional response. I am always happy to have them come so quickly and better, know what they are instantly.

In my opinion, there isn't a better company to work with. So personal, efficient and just delightful to work with.

Thank you for taking such good care of us

I apologize for not getting a name each time one of your men come but am sure you can tell from the receipt. Delightful.

I made a call at 8:03 AM the time they opened. I asked when an available plumber can come by and install a faucet . She told me that they would give me a call back and tell me when they could be out there. It is now almost 1 PM. And still haven’t heard a thing so I called the competition Aboveboard plumbing, and they told me they’d be out between 12 and 1 PM and they are here. 5.0 rating for Newport plumbing, really?

Always hesitant to work with a new plumber. The previous company I had dealt with has gone downhill. Hearing nothing but good things I decided to try out Newport plumbing. What a pleasant surprise to find a company who takes so much pride in their work. Not only did the owner come back out to check on the quality of the work but the employees cleaned up after themselves. Very easy to deal with and extremely happy with the work. Thank you again

These guys are the best. They gave us an accurate bid, showed up when they said they would, found the products that we wanted and finished our major remodel on time. There were a couple of small issues that they quickly addressed and took care of. Highly recommend Jon and his crew.

Update: 08/2023
Needed a new garbage disposal. Got one from their store and got an install date. They came on time. Installed and checked out. Very courteous and through work. Disposal works great. Again, if you need plumbing work, Newport is our recommendation.

Needed new kitchen faucet installed. Bought a Moen we liked from them. Install was fast and excellent. Faucet works and looks great. Gave 4 stars for service. But the price they charge for hardware is high. Went back later to buy a couple of Kohler toilet flappers that only fit Kohler toilets and was charged $20 each. Since I needed them, bought, installed them and fit perfectly. Later found I could have paid as low as $9 each elsewhere. I can recommend their service and will use them again but buy the fixtures elsewhere to save some $.

We needed some work done to finish out bathroom remodel. Newport Plumbing was able to respond and get a guy out to us quickly. He was professional, polite, and did a great job!
