Harvey was knowledgeable, on time, and we greatly appreciated his thorough explanation of everything he was doing. Also, he found a leak that multiple other technicians (from different companies) had missed! He got our AC up and running and we are looking forward to working with Harvey and Westside Mechanical Services going forward.

We had a new heat pump and furnace installed March 2023. We are very happy with the entire process. We were given options that would work with our home, was quick to schedule the installation once the equipment arrived, installed a new thermostat and provided education on use of the entire system. When we had questions there was a quick response. We have also used WSM for previous maintenance. Highly recommend! Will continue to use them!

Westside Mechanical is a true locally owned family business that we'll be happy to call on for all our HVAC needs. We have an old house that Zach and family were able to completely retrofit with central heating and cooling. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our project stayed on schedule and on budget. Zach and Austin were always friendly and hard working. They were a wealth of knowledge and made sure we fully understood each step of the process and the costs and benefits of our options. All in all it was an excellent experience and I would whole heartedly recommend them.

Harvey came out to do an annual service on our furnace and AC. He even spent a few extra minutes helping locate a strange noise the furnace had been making. Professional, experienced, and efficient. I will definitely be calling WMS for future HVAC services!

Zack was great to work with. He was very helpful to make repairs needed to sell my house even though the world is very crazy right now. Great service, very reasonable costs.

The system he recommended and installed is PERFECT! The whole area is an even temperature and despite concrete floors with vinyl plank, it is amazingly warm.

We contacted Westside Mechanical Services to have some electrical work done at our house. Seth Morton arrived to discuss what needed to be done and provide us a quote. He immediately put us at ease and we knew we were in good hands. The price was very reasonable, Seth did a wonderful job and we will definitely call again if needed.

Super impressed with their service and incredibly grateful for them! I called them around 530 pm on a Friday night with a broken AC. They were able to get a wonderful gentleman named Harvey out to our home by about 630, and he left around 715 and our AC was working perfectly. Incredibly grateful for their fast service after hours, and in the middle of a heat wave! Highly recommend!

Michael was an excellent technician, and went beyond the normal service call routine. He communicated well, and provided a great work product. My house was cold in the morning - the furnace didn’t work all night and it was the first really cold autumn night. I heard about Westside from a friend and called them up. They lined up an emergency visit right away. Dennis came and diagnosed the problem within about 10 minutes. He was friendly, highly reliable, fixed the problem, and afterwards even spent some time tuning up the system by tightening wires etc. I highly recommend them!

I was referred to Westside by a coworker to have a completely new AC and furnace installed.

Sam came out and did the initial inspection along with a follow up prior to the job being done. The team that came out was fast, professional and extremely polite. The price they quoted and delivered on was almost 50% less than Roth Heating and Air.

One thing I always take into consideration on large purchases like this is when the representative is willing to be honest and not try to sell me something I don't need. That happened here - I believed I needed new duct work based on the old layout. I was told "Let's see how the new units work first". Mind you, the units were over 30 years old and preforming at a severely diminished capacity. The wait-and-see paid off as the new units heat and cool as designed with no change to the ducts.

From start to finish I was entirely satisfied with Westside, even with the 3rd party financing company.

Very professional group of guys who worked to get my family a $4000 rebate on a brand new HVAC system! Could not be happier with all the great things they have done for us.
