Trustworthy. The perfect technician to fix our old school ac unit, Harvey was knowledgeable, good at explaining things to me (I like to know), and fixed it in less than an hour. Do not hesitate to use WMS for your hvac troubles.

McKenzie took our call late Friday afternoon. Our heat pump had stopped working on New Year’s Day, and we were worried about a cold house this winter. She was empathetic and compassionate while speaking with us. She said that she would try to get a technician out ASAP, and on Monday morning, we had an appointment for an inspection. We are grateful for her diligence, and the fast turnaround time. Thanks, McKenzie!

WMS was excellent from beginning to end. Always prompt and respectful. Completed the install of our new furnace and air conditioning as agreed upon. Left my home clean. Definitely will be recommending them.

Preventative Maintenance service for our church. Harvey, the service/install tech, checked everything over and re-explained to me (the new maint. guy) how the total system was to work. He easily answered all my questions and operational concerns. Then he made a couple of adjustments so that it would better meet our current expectations.

Very knowledgeable. Seemed very honest and didn't try to up sell us on something we didn't need. We have a very old boiler system for heating our church. Westside was the only company willing to answer our calls and help us keep the system going. We definitely will use Westside for our future needs.

update 10/25. Westside was out today to do the annual inspection on it. Great communication from the company on when they would be there, price just as they quoted, did the work quickly and correctly, sent me pictures to document the work they did and the condition of our system. Super pleased.

Westside Mechanical (the owner) installed earthquake straps on my water heater. Drilling right through power in the wall in my home. Tripped breakers for months, ultimately taking out my water heater and knocking out power to the backside of my home. They refuse to pay for the water heater I had to replace and I am still without power. (After two trips from their electrician who can’t figure it out) COULD’VE BURNED MY HOUSE DOWN! But they won’t take responsibility. Found all sorts of excuses why they won’t pay for their mistake. Awful company - never experienced such a lack of accountability

Michael was very professional and friendly. He was able to determine the problem/s and fix what he could for now. He will be back to complete the project.

I called WMS a week ago about my AC not working. They came out the next morning to look at my 20 year old furnace and AC system. They walked me through all the different repair and replacement options, provided thorough information and answered my many questions. I ultimately decided to replace both my furnace and AC units due to the age and working condition. They provided me with a timely quote and I had my new system installed a week later. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, did quality work and cleaned up after themselves. I so appreciate WMS and their employees!

Definitely a 5 star rating :) During a heat wave my AC stopped working. WMS was recommended to me and thankfully they were able to come out the next morning. Harvey was great, very knowledgeable and personable, and he cleaned up every little bit of mess he made. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the issue, and advised how much it would cost to fix. After fixing the obvious initial problem he checked all other possibilities for the issue and found no other trouble. It was really nice that I didn't question if I was being charged for parts I didn't need, that's always a concern when you work with a company for the first time. After the fix, he stayed long enough to make sure the unit was working properly and the house was cooling down quickly. Thank you Harvey!!! I would highly recommend WMS.

My technician Seth, is super knowledgeable and personable, he identitied and remedied the situation quickly and even went the extra mile to make sure other problems areas were checked and safe. Seth came out this morning to replace a light in a bathroom tub area. He was very professional and quick with his work. He placed drop cloths in the work area and when he left it was like he was never there. This will be the third time we’ve used them for projects. I’m always happy with the results.

Austin was amazing to do business with. Was very informative on my issues and gave great maintenance tips to keep my furnace going.

was cheaper. Very happy would 100% recommend. I have owned my home for 21 years. first time I had to put a part on other then 140.00. when I bought home that was a condition when I bought it, due to moter had a crake. So the price was well with it.
