I did A LOT of research for three bathroom projects and chose Portland Bathroom Pros because the team is knowledgeable, honest, kind, affordable, and most importantly the type of people I can have in my house for months during long renovations. Having recently bought our first home, my husband and I were eager to start our home renovations to match our goals and needs for the property--starting with the bathrooms. Because this is our first home we didn’t have a network of trusted contractors who could help us navigate the world of remodeling. Fortunately I met Victor, the owner of Portland Bathroom Pros, through a mutual friend. He came by our home in PDX and we got the conversation going. Right away I felt like he was listening to my hopes for the property. He set up an atmosphere that made it safe to brainstorm while providing critical feedback about fixtures, design, and intelligent functionality for the bathrooms.The construction process was very straight forward. After signing a contract, he showed up on time, took the necessary steps to mask the property for dust collection, stayed in budget, kept us in the loop about the stages of development on the project, and hired a professional cleaner to clean the new bathroom and the house on the last day of work! While I think it maybe a few years before we tackle our next dream project (the kitchen), Victor and his team will be our first call!
