Hired Aspect to do a remodel/addition to our home. From the initial bid we found Ben to be knowledgeable, thorough and timely. His price points were very fair and he offered value beyond what he charged. Our project came with many hiccups due to the age and condition of the home along with scope of what we were wanting. Aspect Renovation did a wonderful job with our project. We had Ben & David remodel our existing deck which was a three tiered deck. Part original construction, part previous homeowner addition.
Several complications were discovered through the removal process. Ben & David, did a fantastic job with communicating the complications and discussing additional work that would need to be done.
The new deck turned out great, and we look forward to using it for years to come.

We had Ben come out and paint the exterior and replace the roof on our home. We purchased the house knowing we needed to do some repairs and updates. When looking for a contractor, Ben was professional and easy to work with. He was able to make our project fit in the timeline we had and he came in on budget. There were many hurdles that we had to overcome with supply chain issues, shipment delays, and availability of material. Ben was able to professionally communicate these issues and we were still able to get our project completed to everyone's satisfaction.

Ben and his team were awesome to work with on our home project. We had some fascia boards redone along the side and front of our home replaced including a custom cut piece. Ben is timely and kind, and you can tell that he cares about his customers satisfaction and takes pride in the work. He is very communicative while a job is in progress and fair with his prices. Ben's team was professional, cautious and just simply nice people. We hired Aspect Renovation in April of 2021 to paint our home. I mean, look at the attached photos, those speak a thousand words in themselves! Ben was great to work with; knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done (repairs to siding & wood end caps, sealing up the gaps in siding, and sun exposure), honest about the maintenance of the darker exterior paint colors, and the QUALITY & DETAIL that was put into painting our home leaves me speechless even now. To find a contractor that truly cares about its customers and their happiness is like finding a needle in a haystack. Even after the project was finished, he would follow up with us about the finished product and even came back out several weeks later to see how everything had settled.
