Tony did great work for us on a hot June day! He trimmed large trees and hand pruned smaller bushes and shrubs. He was very hardworking, on-time and professional. He did a wonderful job. We’ll have him back!

We are a small condominium association located in Southwest Portland, and we rely on our members to coordinate maintenance needs. Typically, our members research and interview contractors, then present options for the board to select from.

When tree roots caused our sidewalk to lift, we needed to have it replaced with the appropriate permits from the City of Portland. After careful research, we selected AG General Contractor LLC (Oregon CCB#246953).

The proposed scope of work included two options for handling permits: either we would go to the City of Portland ourselves, or for an additional fee, AG General Contractor would handle the permitting process. After an initial experience with Portland’s permitting system, we opted to have the contractor obtain the necessary permits.

The work was completed on the agreed-upon day and was done exceptionally well. The site was left clean, and the follow-up walk-through was handled professionally. We were thoroughly pleased with the project and would confidently recommend Antonio and AG General Contractor for future work.

AG general contractor helped me with my backyard and side yard project. Took them about a day and a half to finish the project. Really glad I selected them, Antonio answered every question I had, and was able to help fix and change to what how I want my backyard pathway to look like. Worked with Antonio Garcia who owns AG contractors today. He and his assistant prepared a 12 foot section of our sidewalk that was broken by a tree root. Antonio gave us a fair bid and removed the root after consulting with the city of Portland and getting permits for the work. He and his crew member were friendly and efficient and showed up at the worksite early and completed the work this afternoon. Antonio and his crew renovated a paver patio. We met and discussed the project. He gave me a professional bid and arrived on time. Work was great. His crew cleaned up well. Price was very reasonable for such good work.
