Andrew came to our rescue very quickly with a small window of time to complete repairs as we prepared to move into our new property. He was prompt, efficient and friendly as he viewed the proposed job and issued a detailed quote for the work. He and his employee Irvin quickly got to work and kept us updated on the progress. Both of these men were fabulous to work with, always friendly, hard working and respectful. The finished job was professionally completed within the limited time frame and their work was excellent. I will definitely use Pinnacle Contractors LLC for future jobs! They are absolutely the best.

Andrew and his team were wonderful to work with. We had a handful of various projects that they did for us. All of it was great quality work and it happened in a timely manner.

Unlike other contractors you might have worked with in the past, Andrew is incredibly communicative, honest, and professional. If he tells you he is going to call you, he will. If he says he will send a bid by tomorrow, he will. If something ends up costing him less than what he quoted you, it will end up costing you less than what he quoted you. Full transparency.

A lot of changes happened with our original bid due to some unforeseen issues we had with our house, and Andrew was always willing to work with us and be fluid as the situation evolved.

We will be using him again in the future for any contracting needs. I can recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.

Just completed a renovation from the ice storms in January. Andrew came highly recommended by the risk mitigation team. House had 50 leaks from frozen pipes and Andre had to restore dry wall in ceilings and walls throughout the house. He had to replace 10 faucets that busted, rip out damaged carpet and replace with new as well as refinish hardwood floors, etc. throughout this entire process Andrew was very communicative, his crew showed up on time and worked diligently until repairs were completed. He also volunteered to speak with the insurance company about repair work, labor and material costs as the insurance company was trying to reduce their overall payments to us. We would recommend Andrew/Pinnacle and his team.

Had Pinacle do several jobs at my new home. Painting interior and exterior, siding repairs, plus demolition of an old shed and pouring a concrete extension to
my driveway. Great work and communication throughout. Will continue using them.

I will say that this is the best contracting crew I have ever used worked with been around. Not only are they precise top quality materials top quality people courteous kind polite I have never seen anybody level make sure things are level like this crew did it's absolutely a beautiful deck and if you're smart this is who you'd hire.

Was getting a new tub and surround when we discovered the floor was split, the subfloor had dry rot, and the crawl space was full of water, so the project was put on hold. Got the crawl space dried out and Pinnacle came to repair the floor. Great job! And finished the tub installation. I’m pleased and will call on them for future projects.

I hired Pinnacle Contractors to replace dry-rotted wood under my shower as part of a remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The contractor arrived on time, was reasonably priced, and did an outstanding job. The work was done professionally and with great attention to detail. I would definitely hire them again.

We had long wanted to remove a load bearing wall between our kitchen and living room. We had engineered/permitted plans for the work, but I was having trouble getting anyone to bid the work until I reached out to Pinnacle. Andrew was very responsive and called me the same day that I entered my information on their website. He reviewed the plans and came to the house to get a good sense for the work before providing a detailed and very reasonable quote as well as work plan, all within a few days of me first reaching out on the website.

We soon signed a contract with Pinnacle and they worked with us to schedule the phased work. Once they got onsite, they did a great job, kept things clean, kept us updated on progress and navigated minor changes without looking for unnecessary change orders. They also were flexible and responsive when the City inspections took longer to get scheduled than anticipated.

The finished product is exactly what we hoped for. We are really glad we found Pinnacle's website and would work with them again and recommend them highly to anyone who is considering a home remodel.

I have a 134-year-old home, and unfortunately a previous contractor completely botched a window replacement over the summer. The windows were undersized, improperly installed, and the work caused significant damage to the surrounding structure and plaster.

Thankfully, I was referred to Andrew—and the experience with Pinnacle Contractors was night and day.

From the very beginning, Andrew and his team were meticulous, transparent, and incredibly thorough. Every single part of the project was documented from start to finish. I now have a full folder that includes photos, videos, measurements, and notes from the initial consultation through the completed project, which is honestly amazing and gave me so much confidence throughout the process.

They took precise measurements, walked me through all of my window options (including quality levels and warranty differences), and clearly explained the scope of work—especially where the previous contractor had caused damage and how it would be properly repaired.

The entire crew was outstanding. They protected my home with drop cloths, worked efficiently and quietly, communicated clearly about arrival and departure times, and were consistently respectful—of my home, my dogs, and my day-to-day life. It was obvious that they worked well together as a team, and I always felt safe and informed.

The finished work is beautiful. I trusted Andrew and his team to make the right decisions, and they absolutely delivered. The plaster work around the windows was completely redone and now looks better than any other plaster in the house.

I had such a positive experience working with Andrew. The electrician he sent (Tony) to install new light fixtures and remove a heater was so competent and sociable, it was the best in home contractor experience we've ever had. It was so easy to work with Andrew from explaining our project, scheduling, to invoicing. I really appreciated how he gave options and his expertise without pressuring us to do any certain thing. We will absolutely use them again!
