Second time I have used this company. They are easy to communicate with and the cleaning techs are courteous and easy to speak to. Love the new vacuum that have that does not need to be hooked up full time to a water source.

My carpets are super clean and smell really good. Fresh Carpet was on time, friendly and gave a beneficial explanation of what he would be doing. We had some tough stains from sap on our deck. Scheduling was super easy and they were able to clean out carpets within the week. I’d definitely use their services again.

I am very impressed with the quality job Fresh Carpet Cleaning performed! The technician was able to clean up my kid and dog abused couches. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The text communication with the office was also thorough and very helpful. I received a reminder before the appointment, and invoice when the work was completed, which I could pay directly off the text. It was very convenient as a busy working mother.

Best carpet cleaning service in Portland! Just bought a new house, and the carpets were discolored and had a bunch of stains. I called around and got a few quotes to clean all the carpets throughout the house. Their prices were better than most companies and their quality is Superb! I will be sharing their info with all of my friends and family, and will be hiring them again!

This team was prompt, friendly and professional and the holiday lights look amazing. They made great suggestions for the design. No wires to trip on, they are timed so I never have to go out in the cold to turn them on or off, and when I’m out I come home to a beautifully lit home.
