Their janitorial service was professionally done. Very friendly and responsive crew holding a high service standard!

They have a mailbox that is always full, No active HR to coordinate their staff or contractors.

Atlas cleans our local post office in La Center, WA. I have repeatedly reached out to both the post office and the Atlas employee responsible for this facility to no avail. They have not cleaned this property for years. I have spoken to the janitor and he indicates that he is doing what he is instructed to do by Atlas.
I don't know what I can do to get this problem addressed.

have finally received the payment owed for the work I completed. The situation is now fully resolved. However, the payment took several weeks longer than the timeline I was originally told, and I had to reach out multiple times before I received any clear communication or action. As a small business, these kinds of delays put pressure on my schedule and finances. I do appreciate that the company

ultimately followed through and paid what was owed, but the extended delay and lack of timely updates made the process much more stressful than it

needed to be. I'm glad everything is

Not only was every task completed with meticulous care—replacing both of our HVAC filters, deep-cleaning both dishwashers, disassembling and cleaning the stove exhaust, and steam-cleaning everything from the garbage disposal to the washing machine filter—but he also cleaned filters I didn’t even know existed. Seriously. I had no idea half of these things even had filters!

To top it off, he discovered that we were actually missing a furnace filter entirely—something our regular maintenance people completely overlooked!

You can tell this isn’t just surface-level work—this is deep and done right. We’ll absolutely be making this a regular part of our home upkeep. If you want someone who truly knows what they’re doing, Dan is the person to call.

We now use Full House Filter Service to help maintain our rental unit. This company is fantastic! Daniel went way above and beyond. He was punctual, friendly, efficient, and extremely thorough. In addition to cleaning all of the filters, fans, vents, pipes, drains and appliance interiors, he noticed something in need of repair which was not on the list. He ran out to the hardware store, sourced the item I needed and fixed it right then and there, no extra cost. Everything was so clean and beautiful when he finished. The before-and-after pics are soooo satisfying! I definitely recommend Full House Filter Service and will be using them in the future.
