Green Gloss has done a wonderful job on our bathrooms. They're easy to schedule and work with, and have accommodated our sensitivity to strong smells without compromising on cleaning quality. Communication is very good, and easy. Would happily recommend them.

They did a great job with a deep clean of our kitchen and a bathroom. Went longer than expected with the flat rate estimate but they honored the price originally given. Definitely recommend.

EDIT: the owner contacted me and redid the cleaning herself. While I would’ve liked for it to be done well the first time, I also recognize the opportunity for improvement and to give grace. The owner took accountability and committed to ensuring the job was done to her standards and that was much appreciated. She did a great job of deep cleaning the space and I appreciate her reaching out to make things right.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I hired Green Gloss Cleaners for a move-out job a year ago, and they did a great job in my 500 square foot space. A year later, I hired them again for two other move-out jobs. This one was about 1400 square feet. After 3.5 hours, they said they were finished. I did a walk through and found so many spots that were still dirty. I asked for those spots to be redone (there were quite a few), did another walkthrough, and ended up having to clean it again myself. Instead of offering to do a second walkthrough to make sure they didn’t miss anything else, they just stood around waiting for me to point more stuff out once they thought they were finished with the spot I pointed out. For example, there were a bunch of facial hair shavings in a drawer that got missed. I asked if they could go back to clean it. They did and came back downstairs, so I went up and checked, and there were still hairs in it! So I ended up cleaning them out since I needed to get back to work quickly and didn’t have time to find every last thing that didn’t get cleaned in this house. As I’ve done a couple more walkthroughs, I’ve found things that need to be cleaned that are absolutely not excusable.

If I’m paying $400 to have a space cleaned, part of that is for a cleaner to be able to see what needs to be cleaned and to take care of it. I canceled the third cleaning job and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone if you’re counting on the space actually being clean.

Danielle, has an excellent cleaning company. She was quick to reply and reasonably priced. You can tell that both the owner and employees genuinely care about the work they do and do a spectacular job!! Will definitely be a repeat customer :)

I normally clean my own home but due to an extended illness have been unable to do so. I must say I had no idea what I had been missing. The team did an amazing job on my initial deep clean, the hard water spots on my toilet and sinks I was never able to get rid of are gone! I have tried everything but whatever they used did the trick! I may continue to use their services even one I’m well because my home has never sparkled and smelled so well :)

Very unprofessional. Discussed what we needed to have done, but cleaner just did whatever she wanted. Spent a lot of the first hour on the phone. Had horrible experience with GG. Did not wash all floors, did not clean bathroom counters, just really sloppy work. This photo is from 2 small bathrooms after supposed cleaning. Childish response to concerns. This is my home, they should do what they were hired to do!!

We have used Absolute for about 5 years, and have been extremely happy with the results. We have a aging dog with many accidents. Tom has been successful with getting them cleaned up.

The cleaner was 20 min late. It was raining all the day and he never put shoe covers on when walking in and out of our home. We have a dog and wanted our couch cleaned. After the cleaning there was still dog hair everywhere. The price for our couch alone was way too much for the service we received. Pretty disappointed.

Simply INCREDIBLE company and customer service. I called them on a Monday before their posted open business hours and Mike (the owner) answered the phone! He was super kind and scheduled an appointment for the same day at 11 am. His assistant Andy was also amazingly kind and did a fantastic job. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. I wish more companies today had this type of customer service and communication. Well done!

Andy arrived on time on October 25, 2018. He was professional and kind. Andy even helped me move a heavy bookcase in order to remove a water-soaked pad. He also assured me that no mold had grown, which calmed me down. He explained what to do and actually cleaned the rest of my carpet. I would give Andy an A+ rating.
