Quality service!! Comparable prices and easy to communicate with front office. All around great company to work with for any carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

They provided very good service when I needed my couch cleaned. The couch looked as if I purchased it. Whether it be email or phone they always respond in a very timely manner. Five stars is just not enough for them. They deserve a 15 star option!

Just had an area rug, hallway wall to wall, and a mildewed mattress cleaned. Jared did an excellent job. Will refer your company to anyone needing your care!

These guys were great. Johnny on the spot! I have super old carpet and I was very impressed with how clean they got it along with a bleach stain they repaired. Technician was very hard on himself. I think it looks great and I was very satisfied. Professional, great people. Definitely reach out to them again.

We have used JC Carpet Cleaning's services several times for the rental properties we manage. The results are always great! They have several methods for removing various stains, have done small carpet repairs for us. They also provide thorough estimates with photos and are quick and easy to schedule with. They truly know their profession!

This company is horrible. They recently did work for a neighbor and caused damage. This company won’t respond much less address the situation. Upon research it was found their license with construction and contractors board has expired. I’d avoid doing business with them at all costs. They aren’t an honest company and lack integrity. Our homes are new, my neighbors floor trim now look like someone’s lived there for 10 years with constant ramming of items into them. They are dinged, scratched, and scuffed. They did not look that way prior to coming to
do a subfloor repair. On top of that, they did not finish repairs. Despite having them come out and telling her what to move ahead of time she was told they couldn’t complete the job because now she’d need to clear the room. She said they were not willing to wait for this (understandably, it’s a lot of stuff. But they didn’t follow up to schedule job completion either). Not that she probably wants them back in her home. I told her file a complaint with the construction board, consumer protection bureau, bbb, and a complaint with the Secretary of State against her and the developer. Avoid them.
