I contacted this company to schedule service and the customer service was spectacular! Paul, the service technician arrived, he was very professional, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job fully inspecting our home. He went above and beyond the call of duty! He also made sure we fully understood our situation. Eco Care is blessed to have him as an employee. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

Excellent experience with Paul Merchant for our initial inspection! He provided a lot of information to help us avoid attracting rodents to our home, and took the time to answer all our questions. He provided different options and there was no pressure to take the more expensive option. Phone staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Just had our property inspected due to a breached soffit vent and a couple other concerns. Ricky was very nice, thorough in his assessment, and detailed in his explanation. I will receive the quote over the next couple of days but based on Ricky's visit I see no issue in hiring EcoCare for our work.

We initially approached EcoCare for pest control services but were so impressed that we expanded our scope to include their crawl space renovation and insulation installation package. Jimmy Johnson stood out from the start—he thoroughly inspected the problem areas, took detailed photos, and clearly explained the issues and recommended solutions.

Among all the specialists we consulted, Jimmy was the first to identify and communicate the underlying conditions in our crawl space that required attention. He went above and beyond by coordinating with his team to repair and paint the damaged siding on our chimney—at no extra cost.

There's so many reviews of places that made me feel on guard about exploring this service since it’s an expense and there aren't immediate results, so it feels like a gamble! Ricky showed up on time, did a quick once over of our attic space and the exterior of the house. It did not take him long to find where the rodents were entering the attic. He was clear about what services are offered and what to expect in the future. I highly recommend their services, if you are in need.

Austyn assisted us with our spider and rodent issues. He had great communication and people skills, was efficient and straightforward, and super helpful and knowledgeable. Overall great experience all around! We signed up for the quarterly plan after initial treatment.

Patrick just did a free inspection for us and was so kind and helpful! He identified a couple small issues we’ve got (some mice and holes in vent screens they are getting in by, and moles). Though they don’t do moles, he told me exactly what I could do to take care of them myself. He also told me how to fix the vents and take care of the mice myself, but also offered to send pricing for EcoCare to do it. Basically, he gave me lots of options and great info. Really appreciate how communicative the whole EcoCare team has been as well. From appointment booking to arrival today, they’ve been quick to respond and always let me know what to expect next. If we’ve ever got need for pest control in the future, these folks will definitely be my very first call.

Couldn't be happier with EcoCare!! Called on Tuesday and by 10:30am Wednesday they were here to deal with our ant problem! The Technician, Spencer, was great! Personable, knowledgable, friendly and not pushy! All in all a great experience.

Paul was friendly, on time, and very efficient to do an inspection. You know you can trust a company when they report there are no issues even when that means they make no money. He even noticed a sliver of light in the attic indicating a possible opening and sealed it up for me free of charge! Highly recommend.

We've been customers over the year and have always been satisfied with the service EcoCare has provided. They are very responsive and available whenever we have needed them. From ants to squirrels they have effectively taken care of them with products safe for our pets.
