After submitting request for service of my air conditioner, received text response within a few minutes. Shortly after got a call to schedule service. Technician arrived early afternoon and repaired the unit. I greatly appreciate the prompt, courteous, professional service!

Great experience with the company. They respond quickly, send the same service guy each time to our house, which is a real help since our place is complicated. They communicate well with us, and their people are always on time and do good work. The only reason I didn't give them the fifth star this time is that I'm frustrated that an expensive motor we replaced just two years ago, broke and needed to be replace again. Their only response was "well, sometimes that happens." Not very satisfactory. Still I think they are the best HVAC company I have dealt with in Portland.
