This company is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. The first two cleans where ok, they sent someone back to finish. But it was all down hill after that. If they actually showed up they barely did anything. Mostly the never even showed up though. Trying to contact owner when i finally get threw she hangs up. At this point this company owes us money and refuses to pay.

We needed a deep and disinfecting clean at our office on a Sunday. It was short notice. PDX cleaning was responsive indeed a Sunday and had it done same day. We are so grateful!

Here again to thank PDX Cleaning for their excellent work. Not only have they helped me with my regular cleaning, but also with some organizing and pest control (those pesky ants that show up every year), and they've offered strategies to keep those critters at bay. Thank you, thank you!

I find it interesting that the comments with 5 stars are employees or have personal connections to the owner. I personally wouldn’t trust this company with the cleanliness of anything, especially considering the owner. The workers that I met have all been spectacular but I cannot condone the actions of the owner and how she treats people on a daily bases, it’s abhorrent.

I would highly recommend their cleaning services to everyone. They were very professional and very attentive to detail. I definitely will hire them again as they did a fantastic job!

I never write these reviews, but this company is terrible. Most weeks we have had to complain since they started. They also put you on a "6month contract" without a signature and hold a $100 early cancelation fee over your head if you try to cancel before 6 months are up.

Our kitchen was transformed overnight! I have been trying for months to get the stains off of our oven top and PDX Cleaning came in and it looks brand new! I highly recommend them! The staff is very friendly and professional.

My tenant hired this co and paid $400 (plus an $80 tip) to have an 800sq ft house cleaned. The owner refused to speak with me even after my tenant asked them to make contact. Having cleaned homes, I understand it’s a challenging job, especially if pets are involved. Nonetheless, the job was absolutely incomplete, unsatisfactory and unprofessional. There were drawers that were never cleaned, the couch cushions were not lifted up and vacuumed under, shelves were not dusted, cobwebs on the ceiling, huge dust bunnies behind the bed and moveable furniture. What was really shocking is that the oven was sprayed with chemicals, but was not wiped down and the bottom shelf was filled with greasy trays. PDX Cleaning returned $75, but this was not nearly enough to cover all the extra cleaning needed. It’s disheartening that more effort was not made to remedy the situation or even discuss the problem.

Here it is 3 years later and I can tell you that PDX Cleaning still has what it takes to please the customer. First rate. Pauline is the person who taught me the definition and procedures of carpet cleaning. Seems that it takes more than one cleaning swath to really pull up the nap and clean the Jute backing.
Good words. Now it is Fall and time for another series of carpet cleaning!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with all aspects of this company. Their initial cleaning was fine, not great but it was down hill from there. We had them in to try and give them a chance to fix the issue but the "cleaning" is a bad joke and their approach towards customer services is worse. Do not do business with this company!!!!

Very happy to hire this affordable cleaning service for move out cleaning - my family lived in the house for 5 years and we never did deep cleaning, but this company helped us get our security deposit back in full. The responsiveness was slow, but it all worked out.

This company is my go to when it comes to cleaning services. I own a few rental properties and they always meet my needs even with my last minute scheduling. A fair price for a high end cleaning service. There’s no one else I’d recommend over these guys. Very friendly staff who will go above and beyond for their customers!
