Our SW Portland company has been working with Jan-Pro for several years now, and we love what a great job they continue to do for us! Julio has taken great care of our office and is very thorough, courteous and always helpful! He recently alerted us to a small plumbing issue we were having, and we were able to immediately address it. We really appreciate the professional service from Jan-Pro and highly recommend them!

I have been partnering with Jan Pro for about 10 years now. I have added their services to multiple sites over the years, and it is always a awesome experience. They are an amazing team in our community.

We have used Jan Pro for the last 3 months at my workplace in Kent, WA. They clean downstairs and upstairs, which is 5000sf of office space. We appreciate that they have a multipoint inspection checklist, which includes at least 34 one items they go through. Lillian is who cleans our space and she is courteous, efficient, and detailed in the way she cleans. She will ask if it's ok to vacuum your office, as they come and clean during our work hours. I have personally witnessed Lillian wiping down office chairs and window sills, which got overlooked with our last cleaners. Their invoicing is easy and they are very clear in their pricing when we were deciding if we wanted to use their services. They came in recently to so see how we were liking Lillian's services and if there was anything she was missing, anything extra we wanted her to do, and to make sure we are happy with Jan Pro. We are so far very pleased with Lillian at Jan Pro and are happy we switched to them.

We’ve had a really good experience with Jan-Pro so far. Our consultant, has been great to work with & easy to get ahold of. She always is quick to follow up if anything comes up.

The cleaning team has also been dependable and does a consistently solid job keeping our facility clean. We appreciate the work they put in and the support we’ve received overall.

Atlas cleans our local post office in La Center, WA. I have repeatedly reached out to both the post office and the Atlas employee responsible for this facility to no avail. They have not cleaned this property for years. I have spoken to the janitor and he indicates that he is doing what he is instructed to do by Atlas.
I don't know what I can do to get this problem addressed.

have finally received the payment owed for the work I completed. The situation is now fully resolved. However, the payment took several weeks longer than the timeline I was originally told, and I had to reach out multiple times before I received any clear communication or action. As a small business, these kinds of delays put pressure on my schedule and finances. I do appreciate that the company

ultimately followed through and paid what was owed, but the extended delay and lack of timely updates made the process much more stressful than it

needed to be. I'm glad everything is

settled now, and I'r 'eaving this update
