Jan-pro Cleaning services is extremely PUSHY! I took a call from a sales lady today who said she was 'following up with our business administrator' and used his name. I asked our business administrator if he was interested in talking to them and he said no (we already have a contract with a great cleaning service.) She demanded she speak to him directly. Again, I told her no, he is not interested and she said she needs to hear it from his mouth (!?). AGAIN I said he is standing right here and he does not want to speak with you - we are NOT interested. She said she'll call back and hung up. Especially because of this we will NEVER consider Jan-Pro and NEVER recommend them to anyone else. Their sales people are so disrespectful. I also saw online of Jan-Pro reportedly being a 'scam' in other locations, so I wonder if the Portland location is, too.

JanPro cleans our community clubhouse and does a fabulous job keeping it sharp. They pay attention to detail and go above and beyond to take care of our facility.

Bethany Baptist Church has been working with Jan Pro for quite a few years. They are a good company to work with. Their crews are hard working and willing to listen to the needs of the customer.

Highly recommend! Conduit Electric has used this business since August 2022. We requested fragrance-free cleaning which they offer and we are super happy! (no more having to smell torturous FABULOSO lol) the person who cleans our office does an AMAZING JOB! She communicates anything and everything she recommends. I do not know her name but we hope to always have her here! the name of the business that comes out is Axel Cleaning Services Shout out to them!!

We have used Jan Pro several years and have gone through a few transitions and it has been a learning curve when we get new cleaners. However, once Crystal took over and became our rep she made all the difference. If it wasn't for her we would have gone elsewhere but she made sure to have excellent communication between myself and the cleaners. She took the time to tour them around several times to explain things and comes out frequently to take photos of areas that could use improvement and the issue always seems to get resolved.

The cleaning service I have received from Jan-Pro has been above and beyond any cleaning service I have experienced before. The staff and customer service team is amazing and listens/makes any improvement/additions my team and I have requested. i would recommend Jan-Pro to anyone looking for a new cleaning service!

We have been using JanPro for many years now, and it has been a fight every step of the way. We have went through 3 different cleaning crews and NONE of them have done what they are supposed to. Management has been NO HELP! Do not expect to get the services described in your contract, you'll be disappointed.

We have had Jan- Pro as our office cleaners for a little over 5 years, they really take the time to make our office clean every week. We have the same cleaners and it's like they are an extension of our office. There was a time when we suspended service to try and clean ourselves, but we soon found out that it was a larger task than any of us could complete with the attention to detail Jan Pro took. Their pricing is competitive, but the customer service and quality of work are unprecedented. I would definitely recommend these guys!!

We had a couple special requests and they've been able to honor them where other cleaning companies refused - our offices look amazing!!
