Their cleaning teams do a great job, their pricing is very competitive, and my contacts are incredibly responsive to questions, concerns, and special requests. We had a long relationship with our previous vendor so I definitely had some concerns about making the switch... but we've been really happy with Nexus and feel like it was a great move for us. Definitely recommend!

Nexus commercial cleaning has been an absolute game changer for our luxury apartment complex. They handled all of our common area cleaning and even provided exterior services like pressure washing their attention to detail is unmatched, and we couldn't be happier with the service. As a bonus, they generously offered us a free deep cleaning and pressure washing, which made a huge difference in upkeep of our property. We've had a couple of emergency situations, and Nexus responded immediately and resolved them promptly and professionally. 5 star for Nexus.

we’ve been using nexus commercial cleaning for our aesthetic and medical offices and they’ve been fantastic. great quality cleaning, super reliable, and always quick to respond, especially for emergency or deep cleanings. the staff and managers communicate fast and are always helpful. we also love that they offer a money back guarantee and don’t lock you into a contract. we had a previous cleaning company that put us in a long contract and didn’t do a good job, so switching to nexus has been a huge upgrade. highly recommend.

We have never done business with Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Portland but we have been spammed with their e-mails advertisements for several months. How shady is that?

The biggest mistake I ever made was switching to this company. The turn over rate is astounding and the customer service is a joke. I had previously used Jan Pro and I wish I had never switched. The "cleaning" cancelled several times and most of the time I couldn't even tell they came. Management is unprofessional. I will continue to voice my concerns regarding this company. I hope to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake.

Cleaning after this company is like cleaning up after a natural disaster, all I can say is it must be nice to get $150 a week to take out the trash. They hadn't cleaned anything or dusted ever, or floors it was disgusting. Absolutely no professionalism or work ethic. And seriously you didn't even take the trash out but left it by the back door when the dumpster is literally only 12 feet away. SMH

Yes they are a small company, but we prefer the attention to detail that we get from a smaller firm!
