This company is great! Call them before you call anyone else! This company is very professional, efficient and overall just nice people. I had some questions, and some annoying repeat questions and they answered everything one, with professionalism. They came out to trim 6, 80-90 foot tall trees. They look amazing and they did what exactly what the recommended. Left my property clean and checked in before they left to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I'm very satisfied and they are rock stars for climbing those trees!

Not sure how much I trust a tree company who can’t even maintain the trees at their business site. Soooo many trees of heaven are growing at their entrance and things just look ratty. Not good neighbors.

Urban Timber did an outstanding job removing two large arborvitae trees from either side of our driveway. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to ensure everything was done safely. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward-- and this was all on one of the hottest days we had in weeks.

The estimator Duncan was very professional and through. When I asked for mats to protect the grass, Eric the foreman provided them. The three men did a great job and the cleanup was excellent. I highly recommend them.

These guys are excellent. True pro’s. They took a huge street tree down for us very carefully so as not to damage any surrounding property or wires and made sure to clean everything up.

It’s the little things for me! They did not show up in the estimated time frame (this isn’t a complaint, because the experience to follow was well worth it), but I reached out via email and got a call immediately. They showed up and got straight to work. When it got too dark Jarek asked if they could return early the next morning for any spots they couldn't see as well as approval and payment. I cannot express my appreciation for that one question/thought alone. They didn’t just rush out of here that night and hope for the best. My backyard looks great and it’s because they really went above and beyond. Highly recommend, and if ever in need I will surely be a returning customer.
