Tom and his team were EXCELLENT. They came by for a quick bid while I wasn't home, emailed their quote within 24 hours and called to walk me through it. After getting another quote that was close to 10K and recommended to basically remove all the trees off our property, we were thrilled to see Tom's bid come in way lower and with no recommendation to remove all the beautiful trees on our property. When we scheduled and his team came out, they walked through everything with me again, made sure everything was trimmed safely away from our roof and even helped pull some extra branches from our side that were hanging into our neighbors. Their quote was fair for a TON of work removing deadwood and branches on at least 8 trees in our yard, and we will continue to use them for all of our future tree needs.

Tree Masters had the most competitive quote of the three businesses we made inquiries with. Wish I could remember the names of the team members who completed our project, but they were professional throughout the process. They worked with extreme efficiency and cordiality, and thoroughly removed all debris. They even took some xmas lights off one of the trees so they would not get damaged in the pruning process!

We have a huge cedar tree which needed a major trim after many years of life here, particularly last year's snow/ice storm. Riley and Steven were very skilled and kind professionals who took pride in their work. A fantastic job was done and I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree cleanup. One thing to know, the company does not accept credit for payment. Cash or check only. I'm not reducing stars because of it, but it would have been helpful to know this when booking the job instead of after it was over. Otherwise, my tree looks beautiful and healthy and we are no longer worried about widowmakers! Thank you!

Can’t say enough good about the Tree Masters team, from estimators to trimmers to their permit team. They’re prompt, straightforward, communicative, and a great bridge when you need to work with the City (note that I haven’t even mentioned how they trim trees yet).

Well, they’re really good at that part too, operating with a deep understanding of what your tree needs, in addition to quickly setting up, cleaning up, and communicating during the job.

First, NICK, the estimator was responsive, understanding and priced fairly. One week later and on time, the crew consisting of RIVER, DIEGO and ALAN and, once again NICK, came to perform the services we'd agreed on. We again walked the project together and then they set to work. I was very impressed with their professionalism, willingness to listen, their courtesy towards me and the complete cleanup afterwards. I would most definitely utilize their services again and happily refer them to family and friends. Well done to this team and thank you.

Cherry blossom tree trim was professional and as discussed during the quote process. Trim was past do so it was a little bit of a shock but I know the tree will continue to thrive!!

Tom Burke has an excellent team of workers. Anissa, Paul and Adam provided great tree cutting and trimming service. They arrived on time, were professional, worked hard in cold weather, worked effectively and cleaned up after the job was completed. They coordinated well as a team and provided quality customer service. I’ll definitely be using this company again for work on my trees.

Tree Masters Inc did a fantastic job removing a dying tree in our yard. From the initial bid which was very competitive to the work completed was smooth and efficient. The crew was very professional and did a great job with the removal and the cleanup. I would hire them again.

Do not hire this company to do work that requires a bucket truck, because they don't have one and won't tell you beforehand. They did an acceptable job a few years ago removing a fallen tree, so I called them to trim a huge Siberian elm that cannot be properly trimmed without a bucket truck. The tree overhangs the driveway, and they knew I was concerned about damage from falling branches. They showed up without a bucket truck and did some trimming with ladders and climbing, but quite inadequate as branches continue to fall. The owner implied it was my fault for not specifying that I wanted a bucket truck. Well, I wouldn't tell a plumber to be sure to bring pipe wrenches, either.

The main reason I hired Tree Masters was Robert seemed knowledgeable and understood how I wanted my dwarf cherry trees trimmed.. I had let them grow for 2 -3 years after another co. had butchered them. Robert forgot to tell his crew the shape I wanted and most of the crew didn't seem to speak much English, so the communication gap was huge. I ended up paying $450 for 2 small trees, one of which is now a loop sided ball done with a weed eater and one I stopped them from trimming.
They also did a bit of trimming other trees and took a tree down for me and that work was fine. I'm beyond disappointed every time I look out my kitchen window and see the cherry trees 🙁 Sadly I wouldn't recommend this company.

Tom and his crew did a fantastic job cutting and removing huge incense cedar limbs hanging over my roof. Since this was a sensitive job tree between properties they grouped
together to plan the work to remove 12-18 huge limbs.Tom actually climbed the tree and did the work. I am a happy camper! The limbs hanging over the roof are gone. Clean up was superb no trace of the work, debris that went into accomplishing this job. I have worked with Tom before and highly recommend him and his crew for other similar jobs.

Great experience with Tree Masters from beginning to end. Scheduler was friendly and helpful. The estimator came to our home several days earlier than initially anticipated and was very thorough walking the property to identify limbs to trim and made sensible suggestions for areas I had not considered. The work day scheduling communication was simple and clear. The trimming crew was able to come out a day earlier than initially scheduled. Crew was professional, efficient and friendly. Fairly priced for the amount of work needed. They did a great job on our trees. I'd recommend Tree Masters to anyone and will certainly hire them again if we need more work done in the future.

Tree Masters worked on trimming branches out of my large Doug Fir trees in my yard, and their work seems acceptable but due to the terrible communication I would not recommend them for the future. I had contacted TM in early summer 2024 and a few other arborists to get a look at my trees and an estimate. After the initial contact I ended up going with TM for the price and what they stated they would do for the tree. I believed I had informed them that I would be contacted them in September to do the work as I was living away from my home for the summer and had a tenant occupying my house. Apparently TM didn't document this and went ahead on their own to schedule a day to do the work, show up at my house without contacting me, lie to the tenant that they spoke to me, and then do the work without ever informing me until they sent me a bill months later. This made me quite uncomfortable and annoyed, especially because the tenant was completely in the dark about this work since I was under the impression no work would be done until I contacted them again. I also had no way of verifying that the work was done as agreed upon since I was not there to supervise.

We recently hired this company to take down a huge old cherry tree that had died in our back yard, as well as some other tree trimming work. The cherry was in a difficult spot but the crew did an amazing job. They were extremely careful of the yard below. The owner, Tom, did the cutting himself while his crew assisted. They were professional, courteous, and fast. The did a beautiful job cleaning up, cutting and stacking all the wood. Reasonable price for high quality work. We will be hiring them for all our future tree needs.

Tree Masters did a great job on our 100 year old laurel hedge. We have had it trimmed before by others with mixed results, but after seeing Tree Masters work, we will be using them from now on. They do good work, are on time for the job, good clean up, all at a fair price.

Superior tree removal service at lower price. I had two estimates by reputable tree-trimming businesses. I selected Tree Masters because they were notably less expensive. Yet, they did a fabulous job. Always on time, fast workers, but meticulous cleanup. They did EXACTLY what I requested in the free estimate. Of note, Dominique who grinded the tree stumps was an extraordinary professional, as was Robert, the assistant manager who supervised everything. This is my “go to” tree care now!

I got three bids to trim the bottom branches of a large Douglas fir and Tree Masters beat both of them by $1000 (!!). On top of the value for the exact same amount of work, the tree looks amazing and the branches are well distributed. The crew was punctual and took the time to hear any input I had during the process. Tom, the owner, is also just a honest guy. I had the slightest complaint after the initial trimming about one remaining dead branch and he had his crew out the next day to fix it. Top notch.

A few years ago we asked Tree Masters to give us an estimate on some trees we needed cut down.  One of the largest trees on our property was an old oak.  Tom, The owner and estimator, made a great case as to why we shouldn't cut down the old oak.  He was obviously a lover of trees and well versed in the management of Trees.   He told us it was a rare old tree but that with proper trimming it would not fall down in a storm.  He sent his high climbing trimmer to nearly the top of the tree and he Proceeded to trim various limbs.  Tom said we should be safe in any storm with that tree.  When we had the huge ice storm last year we were sure we would lose some of our biggest trees.  And we did, except for that old oak that he trimmed.  We didn't even loose a branch.  Tree masters is definitely going to be our go to company for tree maintenance from here on out.

Robert’s crew just finished “dead wood-ing” our trees today. They did a good job. Arrived on time, worked in the rain, cleaned up at the end. What more can one ask for! Certainly we will use Tree Masters again.

Great experience all around! Tom & his crew are top notch...responsive, careful to avoid damaging fences, etc. & fair priced. Our tree is gone but if necessary in the future, Tree Masters will be back.
