Great job on tree trimming. Some aspects of the project were more difficult than initially anticipated, but they doubled up the efforts and finished up within the allocated 1 day. Thanks for a job well done.

I had a massive 90 year old 70 foot Maple tree that had to come down. Tree Masters took down the tree with a professional team that carefully took each limb down using ropes to lower the branches one by one. The branches were tangled in PGE wires. They worked so efficiently that PGE did not have to turn off the power. Their professional work was just amazing. It was done that day. Northwest Stump Grinding came a few days later and ground the stump that was 11 ft around. That was done professionally and competently. I highly recommend Tree Masters and Northwest Stump Grinding.

Do not hire Tree Masters for tree trimming type work. The crew they sent was very inexperienced about tree trimming and did not understand how to properly trim the many dogwoods that I hired them to trim. The worst example was two 20 year old dogwoods that I asked , and they documented on their bid sheet, to trim 30%. See attached; they just hacked the entire top of the trees off and ruined those beautiful dogwoods. The owner's response was - just let them grow back, was not apologetic at all. They did not know how to trim trees, so DO NOT hire them to trim any trees. They also told me during the estimate that they would climb to trim 2 large trees I wanted to trim. They just trimmed from the ground and did not climb to trim upper branches. I paid way too much for a botched job. They did not do what they said they were going to do, and did not offer a satisfactory remedy for my ruined dogwoods. I would never hire Tree Masters again!

We used Tree Master in December to remove a large apple and pear tree, clean up a huge maple and tidy up a large plum tree. Also grind the stumps.

From the quote process, which was a full walking tour of the property to address my concerns. To the actual work being done - they did an absolute knock out job. Stephan ran the crew of 4 and got the job done in one day. Stephan also communicated with me all day during the cutting and made sure I was happy with the work being done.

I was nervous at first due to the size of the job, but once they got rigged up and cutting I knew everything was going to go great. And it did. I would recommend Tree Masters all day. Their quote/price was very reasonable for the large job at hand. And Meredith in the front office couldn't have been nicer to work with.

I used Tree Masters to trim back and shape my maples and red cedars to get them off the roof line and raise the canopy. Robert came out and gave me a quote that we thought was reasonable and they were able to schedule the work less than a week later. They brought a crew of about 4-5 guys including Andy who was the climber/arborist. Tommy was the lead and he went over everything that we had wanted done on the quote again with us. Then about 30 mins before they finished they asked us to come out and point out anything they might have missed that we wanted done and then finished up including a great clean up.
All of what I wanted done took only about 3 hours. I was super happy with the work and attention to detail. I’ve already recommended them to 3 of my neighbors.

I have them cut 2 dried birch trees and 1 cherry tree, also I had them trimmed a cedar tree and a plum tree.
Robert who came to take a look to give me an estimate was very friendly and he gave me really a good price. Arborist Tommy and 3 other guys did really good job cutting down tall birch trees in narrow ground, and a plum tree trimming was also nicely done!
They cleaned up nicely after job was done. They made a minor damage to neighbor’s fence during the procedure, but after they cleaned up, they went to that house immediately to discuss about repairs, and I was really impressed.
I do recommend Tree Masters service to anyone! They gave me the best estimate and the best service!! I will use the service again!!

I had gotten 4 quotes but it wasn't about the money, it was about the company doing the work. I would completely recommend with a 10 star rating instead of 5, Silent Rock Tree Service after having them do the work. Brothers, Dale and Vern, could not have been more professional, quiet, fast, knowledgeable, or friendly! They did and even better job leaving the whole area clean than I could have done myself! If anyone ever asked me, or I need any tree service in the future there is no question who I would use. I cannot express how much better our whole yard looks after they were done. This was an exceptionally challenging project: two massive, roughly 100‑year‑old trees positioned near power lines on a sloped lot, one a double‑leader and the other sitting directly in the planting strip. Several arborists I interviewed were hesitant to take it on. I ultimately chose Silent Rock because Dale has extensive experience working around power lines and brings the right resources — including a top‑tier climber and a bucket truck. They showed up with a clear plan, understood the risks immediately, and executed the work methodically and safely. They made an extremely difficult job look controlled and straightforward, were courteous to neighbors, and clearly operate with the right tools, the right experience, and the right way of doing business. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to hire Silent Rock. Also, I got all the above at a great price.
