Having a tree removed, especially a dying tree, is stressful. The folks at Samsara were amazing to work with. The removal team was punctual and super communicative. The team leader listened to our biggest concerns (mostly about potential damage to our roof) and reassured us it wouldn't happen. The invoicing process was easy. The communication with the office was super informative. Basically, I highly recommend these folks. I now feel confident I have an arborist for future projects. Thank you so much!!! Tree maintenance team was very quick and efficient in pruning 4 trees for me, including one Norwegian Maple hanging over my fence from a neighbor's yard. They cleaned up all debris and trimmings very well after the work, and left my yard like it had not had any tree work done.

Poor quality/ not worth cost. Showed up 4 hours late so I had to go to work by the time they arrived. I wasn’t able to check their work because of it. My husband was home, but they never asked him any questions. And no one called me to confer on the work. The workers did not perform what was on the quote: Didn’t trim neighbors tree as they said they would. Only trimmed our walnut tree on 1 side (which we will now have to call someone else to fix). Worked took quickly/ didn’t seem to go deep enough in root care, although admittedly it was a 98 degree day, so I guess I understand. Didn’t remove stump of fruit tree. Didn’t trim back lilies. Unsure if they actually put in the deep root fertilizer or how much. It’s a shame because Jacob sounded so knowledgeable on the phone; made it sound like they were professional. They even forgot to send me an invoice. When I later asked whether they were going to complete the work, they said they were already done, didn’t call to ask questions, sent the invoice over and asked for same day payment. Just seemed unprofessional. You live and learn.

Jacob and his crew were professional at assessing a large job, making constructive long and short-term recommendations, efficiently pruning and doing selective tree removal on a 2 acre property, and left the site neat and tidy. Communication before and throughout the job were excellent. I couldn't be happier to recommend Samsara for tree pruning and management. Thank you!

INCREDIBLE!!! Every aspect of their service showed professionalism. From their web site, timeliness, price, staff. When I accepted their bid price, I received a call back within minutes to schedule. They showed up on time and did a great job. I can't say enough. KUDOS.

Samsara Tree Care came to prune the Leyland Cypress trees, the Bradford Pear trees and a Sugar Maple. This was the third time we have enjoyed the services of Samsara. They were very attentive to our wishes, offered good advice, and did fine work. We are pleased and we will have them here again.

Just finished removing a 60 hoot fir from our neighbors home. The tree was blocking a view of Mt Hood from our top window. Checked on Yelp and found Samsara. Devin and Ben responded promptly with an on site assessment and a quote. Their communication via text and phone was excellent. Price seemed very fair. Within one week of the quote, Ben came out with a team of 3 and completed the work. Very efficient, clean and professional. 3 1/2 hours for the work. Rounds kept for fire wood and branches in grinder on site. Highly recommended

During a recent windstorm we had two big branches of our oak tree being knocked down. We were able to get it taken care off by Samsara Tree Care company within a week of contacting them. The quote was very reasonable. In one afternoon sitting they inspected 2 oak trees, removed injured branches and chipped up the broken off branches. We were excited to be able to use the wood chips as mulch around our trees. They were very professional from start to finish and were a pleasure to work with. We definitely recommend Samsara Tree Company.

Excellent team doing a tough job in our big Douglas Firs. On the estimate side, Ben was helpful in walking us through the options without an apparent 'hard sell', and he went the extra mile to show recent changes in our trees (using historic streetview images). The tree crew on the day were faultless. They set the date, stuck to it, arrived on time, and did a great job using a lift and climbers and other machinery. They took care not to damage the yard with the machinery, cleared up very well, and replaced everything they had moved in the yard. Recommended.

Jacob is incredibly personable and will care for your trees like a vet does for your pet. He'll educate and advise in a very conversational way and provide a plan for different budgets. His team is always on time and they will care for your property while working. I have a large deck so they put down several oversized (4'x8' plastic?) boards in highly trafficked areas while they worked. Another time, they did the same in the grass when bringing in large equipment. Aside from a few little twigs here and there, you wouldn't have known they were there. Looking up is a different story as the trees look well manicured and healthy. Samsara Tree Care is extremely pleasant to deal with.

When I set the appointment to have them look at our large fir tree, the gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable gave me a rough cost before I got the actual cost. Which both were very close. The crew just came out trimmed our fir tree cleaned out the deadwood and got it looking good! I would highly recommend these guys again. Very professional and great to work with!

Ben, Cody, Tyler and Christian were great! They arrived on time and worked hard from start to finish. Ben had excellent knowledge about the care of the trees on our property and how to remove them properly with the least impact to other trees and bushes. They delivered exactly what was promised for the price. I could not be happier with Samsara and will have them back to do more work in the future!

We had some fir trees trimmed up behind our house. We got scheduled quickly, they were here and n time, and the work and clean up was fantastic. Highly recommend.

These folks are the absolute best. They our timely, thorough, friendly, and very accommodating. This is our second experience with them and any future tree care that we need will be done by them and them only. They are priced extremely reasonable. They left the property cleaner than it was when they got here. We recommend them extremely highly for any tree needs.

We had Samsara out to prune our two huuuge silver maples, and they did an incredible job! The trees have never looked better. Jacob, Ben, and the whole crew were so friendly and clearly care about what they do and trees in general. They explained everything, gave thoughtful advice that made sense for our trees and budget, and treated the property with real care, leaving the yard spotless when they finished. Everything about the process was smooth from start to finish. We’ll definitely be calling them again!

Samsara is a great company, I will definitely use them in the future for all my tree trimming needs. The owner, Jacob, who gave me the bid in the beginning was here working with the crew when they trimmed my 4 very large Doug Firs, which I appreciate because he knew exactly what work needed to be done, no miscommunication. Also, they know how to properly prune trees, as opposed to just cutting them back, and they did a great job of cleaning up. You won’t be disappointed if you hire them.
