It's amazing so many people rate you high when I can barely get reliable recycling service. After 30 years the driver suddenly can't follow pickup directions for the past 8 or 9 months and the office offers apologies and resends a truck next day. I need to start putting the recycling with the garbage.

I am writing to acknowledge Dana Smith, an extraordinary person in your customer service department. As I started to prepare my taxes for 2023, I became confused regarding the billing of my two rental accounts with Arrow Sanitary. I called the customer service department and was fortunate enough to speak with Dana.Turns out I had overlooked ongoing auto payments which had accumulated quite a sum of money in overpayment credit.
Dana rolled up her sleeves and came to my rescue. She helped me sleuth out and untangle this mess that I had somehow missed. She was patient and understanding as she explained what had happened and went to work getting my billing issues fixed. The best part was that she started the process of making sure that I receive a check for the overpayments I had been making!I can't thank you enough for making my day, and making me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Dana!

Customer Service at Arrow Sanitary is excellent! Spoke to a customer service rep today named Pam, who handled our call in a most professional manner. She was engaged and showed genuine concern for our predicament. Promised to get back to us later today with an answer to our question. Kudos Pam!
