As I started to prepare my taxes for 2023, I became confused regarding the billing of my two rental accounts with Arrow Sanitary. I called the customer service department and was fortunate enough to speak with Dana.Turns out I had overlooked ongoing auto payments which had accumulated quite a sum of money in overpayment credit. Dana rolled up her sleeves and came to my rescue. She helped me sleuth out and untangle this mess that I had somehow missed. She was patient and understanding as she explained what had happened and went to work getting my billing issues fixed. The best part was that she started the process of making sure that I receive a check for the overpayments I had been making! Excellent service! Superb customer relations! It's not often that one encounters the kind of attention that I received today from Arrow's Jessica Worden, the service representative, who provided exceptional care and attention to my questions when I phoned to inquire about confusing information in my last invoice. Jessica spent time on the phone with me, made changes to the account that will prove useful in the future, and spoke with others in the office to clarify matters that proved difficult for either of us to understand. She is a great customer service person! I commend her for attention and polite treatment today. Great employee.

Even though our garbage was set out at the street the night before, the driver skipped ours and picked up our neighbors 10ft away, I called Arrow and I just want to give a shout out to Audrey, Super nice, Super helpful, my garbage was picked up within the next hour. I have called Arrow customer service in the past and it always seems the person on the other end is having a bad day or is simply not nice without provocation, Audrey is very kind and provides excellent customer service without the attitude. Very much appreciated~Thank you!
