Strong winds damage our roof on Dec 26 that caused water leakage in inside of the house and Corban and his team has been amazing.
Sam and Dustin came to assess the initial damage and install the dehumidifiers. Both were great, very professional and respectful. They were very thorough and provided some very useful information.
I also like to give kudos to Corban as he helped me with some questions I had with my insurance and all after 5 pm!

I've had the pleasure of working with several amazing people from this restoration company, and every interaction has been a great experience. Corbin Kirkman, Jessica Timm, Kesha Mills, and Euri Nunez (just to name a few) were all professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. ServPro and their team was fast to respond. Efficient and thorough in their work. Euclide as Project Manager and Austin and Levi were amazing team leads with lots of respect towards staff, professionalism amongst the rest of our staff and thorough cleaning of our facilities.

We are in the process of selling our home. Per our buyer’s request, I had ServPro come out to evaluate our gables for possible mildew and remove/treat as needed. Corbin was super helpful and reassured me that no work needed to be done. I will definitely use them in the future if needed because I know I can trust that they will only charge me for work that is necessary. I also needed to find a good plumber and Corbin was able to give me a lot of affordable reccomendations to check out.

SERVPRO staff is very professional and very responsive to customer needs and questions. I was so impressed with them! They were referred to me by my home insurance after the sewer line flooded my basement. I can see why they were chosen. They were careful and conscientious throughout the project and they obviously knew what they were doing, from first contact to the last. It was a real mess, and when they were done, I was left with a clean, dry basement and everything that had been down there was either disposed of as needed or cleaned and stored until I was ready to have it returned to me. I didn't have to really deal with any of it.

I called Kevin at 9pm on a Saturday for a clients home fire. Kevin was there in under 15 minutes and had services at the home within an hour. They made the process simple and straight forward for the client. Very impressed with Kevin.

Our basement flooded last year and when I posted it on Facebook the next thing I knew I received a call from Jen B who I had only really just gotten to know. Jaiden and Ray came in got right to work. They helped move my refrigerator even though it was quite difficult and all the refrigerator doors needed to come off along with a house door and getting the refrigerator doors back on correctly was a little bit tricky. Jaiden made sure that before he left, everything was done to my liking, and that I was happy I appreciate that very much, and would welcome them back to do Work again thank you ! Jaiden and Ray

This started as a washing machine leak and partial cleanup. Servpro team came in and completed the job of tracking down mold issues. Their restoration team from McGuiness came in and worked with our insurance to prepare a plan. Thank you all.

We are very happy with the service Servpro provided. From the initial call, to the follow up, to the clean up. Kesha came out and gave us an initial assessment and was right on time. Very explanatory and made things happen to get us take care of ASAP as we were crunched for time.

Ray came out for the clean up and was on time, super polite and did a great job. This was a biohazard clean up so he did extra special work that was greatly appreciated by us.

We've had a very positive experience thus far in the process of cleaning up our water damage. Kesha was prompt in coming out to get clear pictures of the damage and accuracy for where the water damage had spread to. She continued to keep us updated throughout the entire process and made sure things were in place prior to her heading out for vacation. Ray and Thomas came in shortly after to demo and take up the damaged floors and dry wall and insulation. They were clean throughout the demo cleaning up any particles along the way. As the drying process went on, Matthew continued to check the moisture levels everyday throughout the following week. He helped get the process moving with setting a space heater behind the dehumidifier to get the primary spot dry. I very much appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of each staff member that has been part of our restoration. Looking forward to continue working with the McGinnis team, Jon, to get our new floors in.
