We have used this company multiple times on two different homes. The first home we used total comfort for crawlspace, waterproofing and insulation. The second home we used total comfort to put vinyl siding and waterproofing on an entire house.

They were clean, fast, and efficient. Their prices are competitive, and if there’s anything wrong, they take care of it immediately. We will continue to use them until we have a reason not to.

Excellent service! They replaced my windows and installed new attic insulation. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, they worked independently and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. If I ever take on another project, they’ll be my first choice.

Every winter, our house always felt cold. In the fall and winter, it always felt drafty and never seemed to hold the heat. Summers were a different story. Our kitchen window would not open. When we used the oven, the heat was unbearable. Our office and master bathrooms opened with cranks and had no screens. When we opened them to let in the breeze, it also allowed entry to insects. This all changed when we hired Total Comfort Weatherization.

In the fall of 2024, we had them install insulation in the walls and ceilings throughout our house. We immediately noticed the difference – the house seemed warmer and held the heat much longer. In the spring of 2025, we had them replace nine windows – six in three bedrooms and one each in the master bathroom, kitchen and office.

We also had them install a new fan, with a timer, in the master bathroom. Their workers attached it to an existing vent – something the prior owners never did. They also did the same for existing fans for the oven and another bathroom.

Now the house is no longer drafty - it holds the heat in the winter and stays cooler in the summer. We can open these new windows to enjoy cool summer breezes or allow the kitchen to cool after oven use. The fans have really helped with venting moisture and the miscellaneous from the kitchen and bathrooms. And we rarely hear outside noise due to the insulation and windows.

This last winter and this current spring, even after two relatives moved in, our utility bills have stabilized! This summer we are expecting the same.

We highly recommend Total Comfort Weatherization to everyone. Their experience, work crews and customer service are top-notch, and their prices are reasonable. We will definitely hire them again for any future window or related work.

Anytime we need something done with our home we call Total Comfort Weatherization. We had them replace a bunch of siding, windows and a sliding door so far. Tim is great he knew exactly what we wanted and it all looks perfect. The team took really good care of our things during the install with zero problems. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

I had an accident at my home where a car came through my garage door and tore the door off and did some damage to the side wall. I called to have mitigation done. Within two hours Justin C., Octavio, Erick, and Sam M., came out to help. They stabilized the damage and enclosed my garage door. They were friendly and efficient. I feel much better now that they added a secure closure to my home while I wait for the repair process to begin. I know if I need mitigation done anytime in the future I will contact them again.

The ServPro group did a great job starting the repair job on my basement. Victor, was forthcoming in answering all my questions. Sebastian, Clarence, and Austin knew exactly what needed to be done. Through their knowledge they were able to get the removal of the damp, damaged, surfaces done in a timely manner. Thank you fellas!

Great service! Matthew did a wonderful job with his part of our home repair. He had to come out everyday to monitor a particular process, and he was great in communicating with us about scheduling and the progress being made. Our thanks to Matthew Kirkman and ServPro for the care they provided.

I had to add to my original post, as we found the billing process to be very frustrating. Again, their services and work were great, but I would strongly recommend you have your insurance work directly with them on all billing, with expressed instruction to be contacted only after all insurance Billings and payments have been settled. The invoices were being sent to me daily, often with 'Final Notice' in the headings: however, the invoices were not 'final' nor were they correct as they would often not include payments made by my insurance agency. It got very confusing... for all parties.

To be clear, I recommend their work and the staff (both ServPro and McGinnis) were GREAT! But their accounting system was very frustrating and it took a lot of time to get everything corrected.

I thought my truck was done for in regards to a mold remediation but Ray, Sebastian, Eli, and Diego were amazing and got my truck back to me spotless! Furthermore, Ray, Nico, and the receptionists made the process way too easy to handle and saved me a couple of headaches. I cannot recommend this crew enough!

On January 17th I was involved in a house fire that was extensive. I also had someone I loved perish in the fire. I was fortunate to have renters insurance but my insurance company said I would need to inventory the things I wanted to claim. Since there was nothing in my house that was not affected by smoke damage It was an overwhelming task. I was told the environment was toxic and I should not really be in the house at all. For two days I suited up, wore a respirator and relived the event trying to document my household. Thanks to my dad he found a wonderful woman named Jen who worked for Servpro. She was at my house within 30 minutes of the conversation. She was so kind and understanding and said not only could they do the inventoy but she would contact my insurance adjuster and work all the claims part out for me. The team of six came out and spent 5 long, dirty days documenting EVERYTHING in my house. Every day they came with kindness and gentleness to purge what was once my home. To all that came into my life from Servpro you will never know what a true blessing all of you were during a traumatic moment in my life.

Very professional great bunch of people came out right away and took care of the issues we had with our house

We experienced water damage in our home and Victor and Eric came out to our house the next day and quickly began water mitigation. They both worked very quickly to dry out our flooring and cabinets in order to prevent mold and water damage.
We also had McKenna’s crew come out to do the pack out and pack back and they did an amazing job wrapping and packing all our belongings. Everything was packed so neatly and labeled.
Everyone we worked with was so kind and knowledgeable and I can’t thank them all enough.

They have been amazing from a business as well as a community standpoint.
