Constraction reviews in Salem, Oregon

These guys are the best around!

very distrespectful and discrimination and not professional would not recommend him to do work at all very rude and sometimes very sexual as well

Very professional and knew his trade!!! Would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing! Definitely recommend for all your construction needs! Thanks Jason and team!

Just witnessed one of the rudest and saddest example of a human at Home Depot. This contractor was upset and lashed out in appropriately. I wouldn't hire him.

Cravenho construction is awesome, i love there work and they are always on time and very clean 🤓. Thanks for being great 👍

They were early by a few minutes. Appreciate on time people. Explained if I had a question. They are great. Hope to hire them again!

Thanks to Jason and his crew for doing a professional and quality job roofing my home!! A+, would definitely recommend!!

Brandon and Jacob did a great job. They were fast, cleaned up really well and they were nice. Very happy with their work.

Jason, Is very knowledgeable and fair with all of the repairs that he had done for us. I have recommended him to many and they have been very happy with his work.

Initial response was fast, then had a family emergency and a delay in getting back to me. Totally understandable. But once we did set up an appointment, for 6:45 pm on a Wednesday, they were a no show. No contact at all about being late or not making it, nor after the fact about why they didn’t make it.

Jason was responsive, on time, creative, friendly, and able to solve any problems that arose. I love my new kitchen!

Replaced Furnace and AC. Fantastic job, affordable and collaboration on our needs and options available.
Highly recommend and we will be using them again soon.

Cravenho construction was awesome quick and professional. I will definitely refer them to all my friends and family. The are a group of great young professionals.

The best. Quality workmanship and professional. A+ workers and gave my dad and me the upmost respect. I would recommend them highly and if I ever need any work done on house they will be the first I call. Thank you guys for everything. Debbie Mooney

We hired Cravinho construction to install new flooring at our chapter office ( we are a Non Profit Veteran organization. The crew was very professional and helpful when it came to working with our office staff. We were able to keep the office open. Jason and the crew were very prompt, the showed up when they said and the quality of work was awesome. I would definitely hire them for future projects.

Unresponsive. It's been over a month since requesting the invoice for the roof they put on my house. Sent multiple emails. Called multiple times. "Voicemail full". Very unprofessional.

I’ve hired Cravenho Construction for many projects large and small over the years. They do great work and pay close attention to details. Glad to know a company that does quality work!! Looking forward to my next project.

Cravenho Construction did a fantastic job remodeling our home. They did it on budget and on our time line and their employees were curtious and knowledgeable. Our home is now our dream. Thank you guys for a job well done

I called Cravenho looking for help with a new drywall project. My email and call were responded to quickly. They were extremely helpful and ready to jump in a soon as possible. As we live quite far from Cravenho's base, it was a stretch for me too call ( Pardon the pun). I am impressed by Cravenho's willingness to address our job, their professionalism, and their excellent service! . I highly recommend this company!!

First off, they aren’t reliable! Caulking on siding looks like it was smeared on with someone’s big toe, second after siding and paint were done I had to call and ask when the gutters and cable would be reattached and when someone came they put up one gutter then said “the clips to attach them back to house were missing and they’d be back” 3 days later still no one so I did it myself. Secondly my extension ladder went missing right after they went missing from the project! I wouldn’t recommend them. I’ve been in construction for 15 years and understand weather and other circumstances but customer service is always been a priority these guys aren’t worth hiring steer clear!
