Awful communication from start to finish. I asked for an estimate and it took the company weeks to respond. When we finally had a scheduled appointment, the representative didn’t show up—then arrived the next day with zero notice. He barely acknowledged me and acted like speaking to me was an inconvenience.

The estimate he provided was overly broad and essentially gave the company permission to do additional work without approval while removing themselves from liability for damages. It also failed to address any of my questions about the unique aspects of my roof. The whole interaction left me feeling dismissed, and I couldn’t shake the impression that he wasn’t thrilled about dealing with a woman.

I won’t be moving forward with this company.

The Pfeifer roofing team was exceptional! Very conscientious and through and always cleaned up the area around the house before they went home. That was impressive. Even reroofing our home in February was no worries as they made sure to waterproof any areas that were exposed to the elements.
Many of my friends have commented about how nice the new roof looks. After 5 quotes, of which Pfefier was mid price we choose them and are glad we did!!

Pfeifer Roofing of Lincoln City recently replaced many of the gutters around our church building. The staff was quick to respond, gave an accurate estimate, kept in good contact and completed the job AHEAD of schedule. The company provided us with excellent service.

These guys did a great job on moss removal and prevention. The moss was getting pretty bad but they removed all of it by hand with brushes - no power washing! They cleaned the gutter and around the perimeter of the house, and left no trace that they were here! Very happy with their work and value.

The salesman Eric was straightforward and helpful, Zeke in the office is equally competent and friendly. Installers did a great job for the quoted price with no surprises. A roofing company charging a reasonable price with an honest culture is good to find.

Pfeiffer roofing is the absolute best in the business. I have used them on multiple occasions from re-roofing a low slope section of my roof to repairing critter damage. They have always been honest and professional, do great work, and keep the worksite clean.

Perhaps more importantly, you should use this company because they are just darn good people. Here’s my story.

I recently had them out to repair critter damage to a section of shingles on my roof. They provided the estimate in late September, I agreed to the repairs and scheduled the work for mid October. Then at the beginning of October, the federal government shut down. I am a federal employee with the Oregon National Guard, so I called them to tell them I would need to delay the repairs on my roof until I was sure I would get paid again. They offered to send a crew out to put a tarp over the affected area for free so expected rain wouldn’t cause a problem. When the crew came out, instead of simply tarping the affected area, they went ahead and just repaired the roof. When I called to ask about it, they said the crew decided it was a simple fix and so just took care of it. Just pay us as soon as you can after the federal government reopens.

This is an example of incredible customer service!

I have never done business with them but I saw a couple men who work for them at straight from new york pizza on their lunch break and they seemed to have amazing character. There was a man struggling physically and they immediately asked if he was okay, talked with him a while and said if he needed any help that they were there for him. They held the door for other customers and in general just seemed like good upstanding men. If all their employees are like that then that is definitely the kind of company I want to do business with.

Fantastic! This crew of Martin, Jose,Luciano, Oliver, Isaac, Jess, and Edmundo oh, and Felicity. Have been outstanding from the start. Jess, told me exactly what to expect and how it would be communicated. Which is just what happened from Isaac. The main crew working Martin, Jose, Oliver, and Luciano. Are here bright and early, or I should say dark and early they are on the job and they don’t quit until after dark! They clean up every night at the end of the day. They are also laughing and singing all day long! They are a pleasure to have here. I am excited for them to come back in the summer to roof my shop too. I cannot say enough good things about how this process has progressed, as well as Pfeifer roofing! Top notch company! You get what you pay for, in this case I got more.

These guys are great. On time, did the work and cleaned up! Moss removal, sprayed a protective coating, made a minor repair, found a couple loose vents and fastened them down. We are happy campers!

Pfeiffer Roofing did a super job on cleaning my mossy roof. The fellow who came to do the work checked everything out in case anything was loose, got rid of all the debris on the roof, carefully hand cleaned off the moss, and put a preventive on the roof. He also unplugged a gutter, and then cleaned up everything, leaving the place looking great. He worked all day in the rain, stayed friendly and gracious. A real asset to the company!

They responded to a roof leak within the same day I called them and were able to diagnose where the leak was coming from. It started snowing and it was nearly dark so they had to leave but returned the next day and fixed us up. Very happy with their promptness.

We had our roof installed by Pfeifer Roofing a few years ago and now they are doing Roof Maintenance and Gutter Cleaning for us! We are now on a scheduled bi- yearly inspection and cleaning! They had two nice gentleman out, it only took 3 hours, they applied moss control the roof looks good! They will be out in late spring to check how things went moss wise! I’m thankful for the help and hoping the moss stays away! They did a great job with clean up around the property and cleaned the front of the gutters off as well. Which was great, because I painted the house and cleaned the gutter’s inside and out in August… It’s also nice knowing the warranty is protected having Pfeifer Roofing do the Maintenance! ! Go with Pfeifer you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely the best service! We suffered roof damage from a rain and wind storm. I called the next day and Eric came out later the same afternoon to review the damage and gave us an estimate. A crew came out on Saturday and fixed the roof! Zeke in the office is a sheer joy to work with and the three young men who worked on the roof were diligent, efficient and very polite. We are so grateful! The price was very fair and the roof looks great! Thanks guys!!

We got our Pfeifer roof in 2008 and it has been perfect. We discovered a leak a few weeks ago and got extremely prompt service. They came and fixed it and we are completely satisfied. It is refreshing to work with a company that knows their business so well and provides exceptional service.

Replacing one’s roof can be stressful. Especially if it includes seven skylights as ours did. However, the folks at Pfeifer Roofing made the process easy for us. We had multiple presentations from four companies, but not were as thorough and professional as Jess Yoder with Pfeifer. He set expectations on cost and time and explained the new roofing process to us. Once Pfeifer got the contract, they were right on track with a start date. The roofing team is stellar! The crew always arrived on time. They were an efficient, friendly, and respectful group of people! Each night they would communicate the next day’s start. And that was AFTER they cleaned up from the day’s work; they left our property cleaner than they found it! Again setting and meeting or exceeding expectations.
