Constraction reviews in Salem, Oregon

Jet has a horrible lack of communication between there office staff and there techs. And there techs need to learn to properly recap an appointment and notate if a follow is needed. I had to have them come out 4 times to fix a heat pump for the problem to not be fixed. Then I had them come out to look at a mini split and they ran out of time before finding out what the problem was and told me someone would call to schedule a follow up, after a week and a half I decided to call got another tech out who ended up not having enough time either because of the type of appointment that was scheduled and he told me that the prior tech didn't even put what he did in his other notes. But the tech said that he would be coming back the following Monday (it was a Friday) he didn't come back. I have found a new hvac company. And id suggest no one waste your time with jet either.

Jet is right down the street from my house - like only about a mile away - so I contacted them for a few small electrical issues. I thought maybe they would be too big for my piddly little things -but not so! They have been super helpful and responsive. A couple of months back Tony replaced a wall heater and converted a fluorescent garage light fixture to LED. Today he came to replace my bathroom fan switch/timer. In the past I've dreaded calling for this type of thing because it seems like whenever something needs fixing in this old (1940s) house there's always some weird obstacle complicating matters. But not so with Tony - he gets the job done quickly and professionally and that's it! Nothing for me to worry about - just takes care of it and puts my mind at ease. He's also really nice and polite and patient with all of my questions :) I appreciate him so much! I haven't met Shawn, the electrical services manager, but I text him what I need and he's very responsive and gets me scheduled right away. I also had the pleasure of having Anthony help me with a breaker issue last winter when it was snowy and icy and I wasn't sure if I could get anyone to come. He had to come twice that day and was super helpful and also patient like Tony :) Thanks so much guys!! It's really a game changer to not be fearful and worried about having to call an electrician. You're the best :)

Their employee left my medical garden unsecure to watch the dog guardian and destroy four of six of my medical marijuana plants. He is the only person that had access to this area. I’m a disabled veteran and not it’s gonna cost me thousands of dollars in medication that normally I would not have to pay and actually can’t pay. Their companies motto is they take responsibility of the truth is they take absolutely no responsibility for any actions to employees deal on one’s property. Be sure to take down again after destroying a disabled veterans medical marijuana Garden by leaving it unsecure. I would never trust this company in my house unless I was able to follow them and watch them 100% of the time.

They did excellent work and were very Timely. Delivering everything just as promised. We would definitely use them again.

Sergie and his crew have been nothing but dependable and reliable. We have been working with them for 5 years now and all of their work has met our standards. Sergie personally comes to the job site and keeps us informed of the progress and lets us know if any issues arise. We have had siding replaced, kitchen re-dos, and now they are even replacing an old cement patio with new decking. Thanks Supreme Projects.

We have used Supreme Projects several times. Sergie and his team are always wonderful to work with. They are fast and dependable and do very good work. I would recommend them 10/10 times.

Supreme Projects are my go-to for all my projects. Sergie and his crew are reliable, professional, and consistently deliver quality work. They've done a full remodel for me on a property in Keizer, as well as several smaller projects. They're always my first call for anything home repair related!

Sergie and his team have done several jobs for me, both in my home and in my business. All of them have been done to a high standard of professionalism, on time, and as quoted. Projects included two bathroom remodels, one of which included installing a walk-in tub in a relatively small space. They also did an office remodel for me. I am very happy with these guys and recommend them without hesitation.

I’ve used Supreme Projects for general house maintenance, and they’ve been great every time. Whether it’s fixing small drywall issues, handling minor repairs, or taking care of odd jobs around the house, they’re always reliable and professional.

We highly recommend Supreme Project and will be utilizing their services again when we remodel our kitchen.

We hired Sergie with Supreme Projects to replace our subfloors and tile the bathroom shower, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. He and his entire crew did a fantastic job! Everything was completed on time, the quality was top-notch, and the price was very fair. Sergie was professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. We really enjoyed working with him, and we would recommend Supreme Projects to all our friends without hesitation.

Good company to work with.
On time, on budget.
Would use them again.
They did a complete bathroom makeover.

Supreme Projects installed a vanity, mirror and light fixture in my bathroom. Sergie came out to give me a quote and the project was scheduled in a timely manner.

It was done within a day - staff were polite, communicative, and cleaned up after the project was complete. Happy with the results, would hire again.

Sergie and team remodeled our old 1929 home with a much needed facelift. They majorly renovated and made our vision reality. They did such a great job with updating our plumbing, beautiful new lights, completely remodeled kitchen with island, remodeled bathrooms, and built us a walk in closet, and more. He and his team made our home one we’ll be in for a long time. We’ve recommended him to many friends doing remodels now.

Supreme Projects is an outstanding company. Their workmanship and attention to detail is truly top-notch. They show up on time, communicate clearly, and always deliver exactly what they promise. Every project they've done for me has been completed efficiently and with incredible precision. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

Supreme Projects exceeded all expectations—I can’t recommend them enough!

After a teammate referred them to my client and me, Sergie and his team delivered outstanding service. We needed a last-minute repair estimate during a tight negotiation window, and they responded immediately. Sergie got back to me the same day we reached out and provided a detailed estimate within 24 hours. Their speed was a game-changer, especially as we were nearing the end of our inspection period.

Even better, Sergie made room in his schedule to accommodate my client, ensuring we met critical repair deadlines for the real estate transaction. Throughout the process, he was professional, reliable, and went above and beyond to help.

Thanks to their exceptional service, Supreme Projects is now my go-to contractor for all real estate needs in the Upper Willamette Valley. If you’re looking for a team that delivers quality work with unmatched responsiveness, look no further!

Serge's team did a great job replacing some siding on the front of my house. Bogdon and Jacob (and one more I didn't get the name of) did it all in a few hours and communicated everything clear and concisely. I'll definitely be contacting them for future jobs.
