From the estimate to the installation of the upgraded panel, generator, and smoke detectors, all the staff and electricians are highly professional and do excellent work. They have given me safety and peace of mind.

Today Chris came to the house to help with a couple electrical repairs. From the moment he walked into the house he was engaged, pleasant, professional and detail oriented. He carefully inspected the areas needing repair, provided an estimate and a safety report and completed the work quickly and efficiently. There is no hourly charge, just a flat rate for the services needed. There was no pressure to add on any other costs and he gave complete explanations for the work done with a visual of what he found and how he fixed it. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Chris and would definitely use this company again, requesting Chris if possible. I will add that when I made the appointment the person handling the call was professional and pleasant and I received several email/text reminders prior to the appointment day. On the day of the appointment, Chris called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly when he said he would. I highly recommend Mr. Electric of Salem. Great company, great service and people who are easy to work with and do what they say they will do without any effort to upsell.

We've used Mr. Electric for the last 9 years and every time the electricians have been the nicest guys. They always go above and beyond, decent prices, and just quality work.

Chad F. was our electrician today. He installed a new outlet for our dryer and he was quick and just super nice. Even installed the cable for our new dryer so I didn't have to try to figure it out myself(I'm not handy at all).

I got some back patio lights and a fan installed, in addition to a Tesla wall charger on the side of the house near the driveway, and a surge protector in my breaker box. Matthieu with Mr. Electric did an excellent job with each of these installations. Very happy with their work, and competitive pricing.

Maybe give your drivers a lesson on parking. Your vans do not belong in compact spaces. I couldn’t get my 2 year one in the car thanks to the park job of van #282.

1 star is being generous for over 20 years I have been running across the piss poor workmanship of this Electrical Contractor. Corner cutting craftsmanship is the only way to describe the work.

I was buying a home had a federal pacific panel part of VA loan the sellers had to replace the panel for loan approval I have a 200a service and this company decided to put it on a 125a service its laziness that they opted to go for the easiest main panel replacement I am lucky to be a electrician and so I am going to have to make it right. Tired of seeing my lights dim when heat pump kicks on.

We were without power for over a week during this storm. When PGE finally came out, they couldn't fix the problem due to an electrical panel that was out of code. My husband called Cherry City Electric and three Electricians were at our door at 7am the next day. They were professional, kind, and handled the issue the same day. They were here for seven hours and found our attic had been pierced from a branch. We would have had another issue that could have been catastrophic once the snow melted. I highly recommend this company!
