Electrical reviews in Salem, Oregon

We have had Pacific Power Electric do several jobs for us, including a heat pump, and replacing motion sensor lights. They have done an outstanding job and super friendly. Including some rather funny miscommunications that required several visits to our house, were handled with humor and grace. We are also planning on using their services for a bigger lighting job in a few months. We highly recommend them and will definitely use their services in the future.

Had a water heater put in and had to upgrade the fuse box, of Friday. They worked fast and were respectful. Woke up Saturday morning and had no hot water. Francisco came out bright and early Saturday morning and fixed it right up. I am extremely satisfied.

Francisco is the absolute best!!! On time great value great service - thank you so much!!

Great work, prompt and efficient service. Kenyon was knowledgeable and friendly. Would hire again.

I recently had Francisco from Pacific Power Electric LLC as the electrician on site, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Francisco arrived on time and took the time to explain the entire process, ensuring that I understood what was happening at each step. He answered all my questions and never left me in doubt.

After a full day of work, he made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left.
It's rare to find such professionalism and attention to detail. He is a talented guy and knows the electrical business! He’s also very friendly and makes you feel like family. I recommend Francisco and Pacific Power Electric LLC for any electrical needs!

These guys were awesome made a short notice appointment and solved the problem super fast. 100% will call again. Thanks so much

5 stars is not a high enough rating. They showed up on time and did great work, even fixing some substandard work left behind by a previous contractor in my attic. I will definitely call them in the future!

Francisco was great to work with for a small electrical project at my house, going above and beyond. He was very friendly and communicative.

I hired Pacific Power Electric for our home build. It was a smooth process. He recommended some things I hadn’t thought about for our build and I liked that.

Francisco and Joey came right out when I called about a floodlight camera that stopped working after a mini-split contractor did an install on the same end of the house. Francisco and Joey checked the work they had done in the breaker box, and found no problems. They then helped me get the light off the wall to check that the wires still had power, and there was power. Apparently my floodlight camera just failed at the same time work was being done on that end of the house. The guys were super helpful and went out of their way to fight a striped screw to get the light down. I would definitely use these guys again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great guys came in to assure I had plenty of power for my new heat pump. Timely. Work done quickly and efficiently. Answered all my questions and showed me the changes on the electrical box. Polite and humorous. Discussed other electric work and the prices were very reasonable. Thanks!! 💫💫💫

Posted an ad on FB looking for electrical service. The owner contacted me and provided me with a good price based on my photos and needs and quick install time. Reviews online were great on multiple sites. Electricians Patrick and Joey arrived early and were friendly and accomodating. They finished in under and hour and it looks and works great.

I am so impressed with the Francisco and his team. They came out and were very professional fixed our issue within a short time. I would definitely use them again!!

Sorry this has been so long in writing. Your team was very friendly and professional. They were efficient and left our facility better than they found it. Hey found a couple of fixtures that were not working and fixed them while replacing the lights.

I highly recommend Pacific Power Electric, LLC for your electrical needs. Francisco was a great communicator, punctual, professional and personable. He knows his craft and made the entire process a positive one. The EV Charger and 30 Amp are working great! I won’t hesitate to utilize Pacific Power Electric LLC for my future electrical needs and recommend you give them a try too, as I guarantee you’ll be very pleased!

Francisco came out today to change the lighting in our shop. I could tell right away he knows what he was doing. Super efficient and friendly.

Was able to set up an appointment promptly for the next day and completed the job and ALSO was able to do a few others as well. Excellent work and above and beyond service!

I was having an AC unit installed in the garage and they did the electrical part of the job. They did a great job. But what they found in the attic was scary. I had the entire bundle of electrical wiring exposed. Francisco immediately turned off the breaker to my oven and told me it was a fire hazard. He came out two days later to fix it even so he was booked solid. He and his team are compassionate about helping their customers and know what they are doing. I will call them in the future for all of my electrical needs.

I highly recommend Francisco and the Team at Pacific Power Electric. I needed to have my panel upgraded to a 200A service and they knocked it out of the park not only on a fair price and outstanding workmanship. Very professional and engaged communication on every step of the project. The work was completed right the first time and the area was cleaned up and left as if they hadn't been there. Great job PPE LCC, you are at the top of your game.

We have had multiple jobs completed for ourselves and my mother in law with Pacific Power Electric. Francisco has completed electrical repairs at my mother in laws. They did the wiring of a new heat pump we had installed a couple of years ago at our residence. This year they installed shop lighting in our pole barn shop building. Prices have always been very reasonable. In all of our interactions the work was completed efficiently, correctly and with a friendly interaction. I highly recommend Pacific Power Electric for Electrical Service needs you may have.

Francisco came out the same day (on a very busy, post-windstorm day). He and his partner were thorough and very friendly. They got us back up and running quickly and at a very fair price.
