The team from Pacific Power was honest, thorough, and respectful. As a home owner they listened to what I wanted but let me know other options based on their experience. They did clean work at a competitive price. I would call them again for electrical work.

We bought a 120 year old house and the electrical was total chaos. Four electrical panels, nob and tube wiring, bad diy work, 100 amp service to 200 amp panels, and most of the rooms had one or zero outlets that weren’t grounded.

Francisco has experience working on older homes and did a walkthrough with us helping us identify a plan to make the electrical systems in our home safe, modern, and convenient. But beyond that- he did all the work at an amazing price.

He and Joey were always friendly, amazing communicators, on time, efficient, and very thoughtful as they worked on every level of our home. The thing that really blew me away was that we were having ac installed in our home while Francisco was modernizing our electric. We were waiting to get our home upgraded to a 200 amp service line before hooking up the new ac units. Once Francisco and Joey finished the wiring, our hvac company wasn’t going to be able to come by to connect the ac units and we were heading into a super hot weekend. Francisco found out through our hvac company and came by on a Friday night at 7 pm after working a full day to hook up our ac!!

I cannot say enough about how great these guys are- don’t think twice about booking them for whatever your electrical needs are!!

Francisco replaced the breaker panel on my 1961 home last summer. He was very efficient and personable. He went over & beyond to put my shelving back on the wall after the job was done! He just came out today to troubleshoot a failed light bar in the bathroom. I did not end up having to replace it. He has a magic touch with electrical issues!! I highly recommend his company!!

Pacific Power Electric, LLC was contracted to do the wiring and breaker installation for my new AC unit.

Francisco was in and out quickly. A couple hours later I found the outlet for my microwave wasn’t working and let the installer know.

Francisco came back with Joey after 8 the following morning and found the neutral was dead. After determining the issue they ran new wire and got me going.

They found the damaged wire and while the work they did caused the wire to fail, it was because whoever sheet rocked the wall when I did a previous remodel put a screw through the wire. I am lucky the breach in the wire never caused a fire and glad it failed when it did so I could get it repaired.

Francisco is professional, respectful, does good work and is a good communicator.

Due to what I thought was a blown circuit breaker, I text Francisco in somewhat of a panic. The lights and plugs in two bedrooms weren't working and it was making for an issue with navigating in the dark. He promptly returned my text and requested a photo of the panel. This led to a quick call to which he walked me through switching a breaker I had over looked. This is why I am not an electrician and Francisco is. Much love and thanks for his speedy help.

This day and age it is hard to find a contractor that is low priced and a good worker. Francisco goes above and beyond to do a great job, and to make sure that you are happy with the work he has done. If you need electrical work done you should definitely give Pacific Power a call.

Francisco is a fantastic professional! He recently helped us fix our 50 year old doorbell problems and install a camera doorbell. So great that he was willing to come out on the weekend too. He ended up, because of our equipment, having to come out 3 separate times. Each time he was friendly, helpful, efficient, and explained everything. Francisco came out on a Saturday to troubleshoot and fix an outlet. While he was onsite, I asked him to install several light fixtures which he did. He was punctual, communicated clearly, and had fair pricing. I was incredibly grateful that he offered weekend services. Francisco with pacific power was excellent! He was the first one to get back to me on a Saturday and the first to give me a quote when the weather head got pulled off our home due to a downed tree leaving us without power. Francisco went above and beyond and came to repair our power later in the day and then stayed to see it all through when PGE was able to come and reconnect power making it a very late night for him. He was a very good communicator and kept me informed the entire time and his rates were competitive. If I ever need an electrician again I will absolutely use pacific power in the future!

My furnace had stopped working completely.
