From the moment I called everyone was very professional, kind and understanding. They worked with us to get to our home the same day as our 86 year old father lives with us and he had no heat in his room. They don't charge you an initial fee plus hourly rate. That was fantastic! I would highly recommend and they have all our future business!

The quality of their work is excellent. Amber in their office is great to work with. There was a communication issue for scheduling in a 2 part install that left me without heat overnight on a night that was 30 degrees and that was disappointing and less than comfortable.

We had a great experience with them. We had the top recommended companies come out and give us quotes, all were around the same final price points but with different itemized prices. We picked connections because of how thorough Tom was during the quote assessment. He really took his time, asked all the questions, and took a bunch of pictures. The others who came out were very quick, one dint even look at were out generator switchback was going to go and was here for about 2 minutes.

The day of install went smoothly and made sure we understood how the switchback functioned, they even had enough time to add 2 outdoor outlets for us! Would definitely call them again and recommend to others.

DON'T RECOMMEND. Got my electrical panel replaced that was located on my garage, left me with a big hole on wall. 4 days after the installation I realized my garage emergency cord was pulled leaving all this time the door unlocked and exposed to someone stealing or worst my family safety. Reviewed my security footage & yeap it was the electricians who's fault was it, do to the power shut down the garage motor had to be reprogram in oder to close, these people thought that by pulling the emergency cord would be an easy fix & didn't EVEN BOTHER & IN LETTING ME KNOW 🤬🤬

A sparky from Kopper works was called in when the expected electrician wasn't able to make it - he arrived on time and worked around a crowded breaker box and a cluttered work space. I appreciate that he didn't put many new holes in my ~100 year old joists and seemed to work tidily with minimal interruption of our service (wife is WFH). Only drawback I can think of is that I wish he'd worn a mask, other than that - I'll contact Kopper works the next time I have electrical work needed. Probably a panel upgrade!

The team came in , they are extremely professional, they accomplished everything I asked for. This is the third time I used them, and I have a list together for their fourth time. Highly recommend them.

We hired Eworks to rewire our kitchen for a remodel. They installed new bucket lights, upgraded the old wiring, added new outlets and light switches amongst other things. They were prompt and on time, honest, professional and reasonably priced.

I had just purchased a new home and the eworks team did such a great job with the panel replacement. There was an issue with my furnace not coming back up after the replacement and Matt came out and looked it over on a Friday evening. It wasn’t an issue with the teams work but an issue with my furnace. Matt still took the time to fix some things on the furnace to get it running again. He most certainly didn’t need to do that but I appreciated it greatly. Nothing but professional, friendly and wonderful customer service. Thank you again Matt!

Buck and the crew at Kopperworks are top notch! I needed a panel upgrade to connect a generator. Buck explained to me the work and sequence needed to complete the upgrade, including an outage with PGE that they coordinated. Work was completed on-time and for less than the original quote. This was due to actual field conditions that didn’t require some of the original work scope. I highly recommend Kopperworks for any of your residential electrical needs!

We hired EWorks to resolve a sewer issue in our old home prior to closing. Dwight in the plumbing department was great to work with! It was a challenging sewer issue to say the least. Dwight went above and beyond to manage our expectations and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. We were on a tight deadline and their resources and Dwight’s prompt communication throughout the process allowed us to help manage the expectations of our buyer. If it wasn't for Dwight and his team, I doubt we would have been able to close the sale on time. We've also used EWorks for radon mitigation as well as our home energy score audit and would wholeheartedly recommend them in terms of professionalism, cost and expertise.
