Kudos to Amber Wallace! I have been working on a project for months. The object was to install propane, a propane furnace and emergency generator. Multiple contractors involved. Connections Electric's role was to hook up the electrical generator portion at the end of project. But the project completely stalled...for months.
If not for Amber at Connections Electric getting on the phone and lighting a fire under everyone, the project would still be stalled. She took charge, found a replacement contractor for one phase, continually kept all the parties informed and made it all happen. She is a gem!!!

Connections is great! Professional and know what to do — have had them do everything from changing out a switch, adding a circuit, installing transfer switch for generator to indirect tape lighting. Most electricians that I have had come have worked for Connections for a long time - that tells me the organization is pretty darn good.

Daniel from Connections Electric came out to install an outlet for our new garbage disposal, since we went from hardwired to plug in. Very happy he was able to come out quickly and the job was also done in about 20 minutes.

Friendly, thorough service with technician explaining everything he did in detail. The electrical problem wasn’t where we originally thought, but he was able to dig deeper and take the bottom part of appliance off to fix the electrical. Also, he installed a couple large screws to hold the breaker lid shut on his own so our box wouldn’t hang open. Thank you!

They were recommended by a contractor who'd done some work for me. I needed a GFIC outlet and covers installed outside; a switch replaced inside, and new light fixture installed. Will was personable, professional, and took care of everything in a reasonable amount of time.

FYI: they charge for travel time - of course it makes perfect sense that they would. Either it wasn't mentioned or [more likely] I wasn't paying attention when I made the appointment; had a little shock when the invoice was presented as it was a bit over my calculations.

We bought a house and had connections do a full electrical inspection and replace 12 outlets. The tech was very punctual, communicated, the work was great, and the price was reasonable. Connections has made a customer. We have some additions to electrical that we want done and they are the ones we will be calling. Follow up we had our rv outlet upgraded from a 30 to 50amp, ring cameras outside, generator hook up on the house, electrical ran to the garden shed, and the meter box, wires and pole replaced. Wow they do great work!! They are the only electricians I will use!!

We had been out of power for a day when I realized the power company wasn't coming to save us anytime soon. I did a little research and learned I could power my home with a generator if I had the connection port at my electrical service panel. I called Connections up and they were able to send someone over that day, to install the generator connection port. They saved me from the huge headache of having no power now, and in the future. Im so thankful they recognized the importance electricity for me and took care of it that day! I will continue using them with all of my future projects.

Connections did essentially a full rewire of our house and also installed a SPAN panel to handle the additional loads of full electrification while staying within code. Overall the team did a good job and came in with a fair price. When there were difficulties the team worked with us to solve them. And when there were mistakes they took responsibility to get them fixed. Thanks to Eric and the crew.

Happy to write a review of a local company that exceeded my expectations. Communication was good, staff were pleasant, professional and competent. I am happy with the work that was completed. The only thing missing was the promised call to my cell phone when the electrician was on his way. I am very comfortable recommending Connections Electric to others, and will seek their assistance again in the future.

Connections Electric did a great job of repairing damage, which later reoccurred, due to a previous wiring problem that was errantly made and apparently ignored by someone else. At the time, neither we nor Connections Electric had any reckoning of this faulty wiring that had been done. Several days later, upon that reoccurrence, Connections Electric completed a more extensive diagnostic circuit trace, to locate and correct the errant wiring that did not meet coded electrical standards, causing a select list of circuit components to both malfunction and catastrophically fail. They again successfully repaired all damage that the hidden substandard issue had caused. All being done in a timely manner that exceeded our expectations.
