Best construction company in town! We had an awesome and positive experience with CD Redding when they built our church gym.

CD REDDING has completed several large construction projects for me over the years. I have been happy with their work and I have recommended them to other people.

The management team on our project was outstanding. Huge accomplishment to Ryan E. for keeping us operational during the project, and excellent follow up after completion. This company is the top choice for any project.

Had a recent remodel of our corporate office completed by CD Redding Construction. Very professional, excellent to work with and we are very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend them to potential clients.

We have now finished two buildings with CD Redding - one in 2007 and again in 2019. Both were multi-million dollar projects and complex. I have only good things to say about both experiences and would use them again (although I think I am done for this lifetime).

I worked with CD Redding to build our Boulder Creek medical clinic in Salem. The entire team was professional and very experienced. The work performed was excellent quality and the entire project was delivered on time. Mark V. and Tyler G. were great to work with from beginning to end! I strongly recommend CD Redding Construction.

We have worked with CD Redding's team for 10+ years. It is nice to see this company grow to this size it has but keep the mom-and-pop essence. Their team is professional and determined to satisfy. CD's accounting group is on top of payments, timely and accurate. I wish all our clients held the bar this high!

This is our second project with CD Redding in the past 12 years. We are so grateful for each member of the CD Redding Team and how we are treated with such care, respect, and excellence. We have seen our love and commitment for our project becomes theirs. They are not just excellent builders they are excellent people.

I have had several great experiences with CD Redding and would highly recommend the company. I am a resident in apartments that CD Redding built and am so glad that Tim, one of the superintendents, was a part of the project. Tim will go above and beyond to make sure that jobs are completed with high quality work. He works very hard and it is clear that he is very skilled and knowledgeable, the company is lucky to have him! Also, as a resident when there was active on-site construction, I never had issues with anything. The buildings and property are nice, thanks to the work from the CD Redding team, especially Tim.

    5-Star Rating

It is with great pleasure that I offer a five-star review for the CD Redding team; they are highly valued clients of Tradesmen International. Over the past year, CD Redding has utilized our company for Construction based labor support, and our collaboration has been incredibly successful. Tyler and CD Redding's responsiveness, attentiveness, and dedication to their projects have been exemplary, and it has been a pleasure to work alongside them. Tradesmen International is proud to have clients like CD Redding who prioritize quality workmanship and timely project completion. Without hesitation, I highly recommend CD Redding for any of your future projects. Our partnership has been an absolute pleasure, and we look forward to continued collaboration in the future.

Working with Tim on or occupied remodel was incredible. He personally made sure we were able to get everything we needed done throughout construction and worked hard to keep our facility clean. He was incredibly personable, and checked in constantly with updates for what was happening and what we needed to continue working smoothly. Not only that but our building is beautiful and everything was done quicker than I imagined it could be. Thank you Tim and CD Redding!

This project was done while we were still serving guests. All of the people working on this project were respectful of the women and children staying with us and the focus on all the work was how all would benefit from the remodel. They were a great team to work with.

C.D. Redding was UGM's contractor for the SImonka Place (UGM Women's Mission) renovation. Our experience could not have been better. They were right on-time, creative and amazingly easy to work with. I can not say enough good things about our experience with the whole team at C.D. Redding. They are a joy to have as a partner.

Mistakes were made. We went into mediation on reparations. Ended up settling for 10%. They are very good at the mediation. I would not recommend them for anything else.

14 years ago Conkraft removed the remains of my old crumbled driveway
and front walk and installed a beautiful new driveway and walkway. Today that driveway and walkway are just as beautiful as they were 14 years ago! I still feel good every time I walk on them!

My biggest financial mistake to date, but thru pics I will let you draw your own conclusions

Where do I even begin? First off this company charged astronomical prices for their service. They were recommended as a professional company that will do the job right. If I had known I was going to get what I got if have avoided them like the plague. I have detailed conversations with this company where they minimized their shotty work, that they would not continue with with out payment for said work, added to the bid for things that were obviously things that needed to be done when writing the bid. The office manager was rude and condescending. The construction site was a complete mess the entire summer with materials, nails, scraps, etc strewn everywhere. Had compaction reports done in places they new would not be a problem on native ground (opposed to where the fill was added). Their compaction was done by driving a tractor over it instead of using the equipment to do it right. Their compaction tests were done after the.house was on sight and assembled. Which it should have been done before it was placed. Widened the drive by dumping 3/4 minus on top of mud (opposed to using drain rock. So of course it sank and was useless) Widened a culvert and filled with 3/4 minus again opposed to drain rock so of course again the entire area washed away. Their conduit lines caved in across the driveway they never fixed it I had to. When septic issues were arising they advised me to contact the company that installed it, even tho they were the general contractors hired to do the job. Concrete floor is caved in (has to be torn out and re-poured). Beam in the shop is split to a level that is going to require it being replaced.
The list could go on. This has been my experience with them. Maybe there is some lucky people that they actually did a good job for. Maybe I'm just unlucky. Or I guess it could be that they got lucky on a couple jobs, just not mine.

    To answer your reply...
Name one of my claims that was incorrect. I will gladly provide that proof in my pictures. You did not resolve any of the issues. Furthermore... You are curious of why 2 years later I post a bad review. Well just because it was 2 years ago doesn't mean you suddenly deserve a good review. I don't care if it was 10 years ago. You over charged me and did shotty work. I have the pics and the convos to show it. How about the one where your project manager told me that all concrete cracks. Is that true? Or is that to the best of your top guys knowledge base? Because I can literally walk into almost any and every building and they don't have busted up, cracked, sunken floors, that have foot prints and swirl marks. Or the driveway widening, the conduit lines caving in across the driveway, the compaction report not being where the fill happened, the beams in the shop splitting apart where the floor failed and causing stress, or the septic being a total lake when it rains.
And what really funny is your reviews. The good ones. Some of them are people that work for you, or associated to your company thru it's workers. Not people that have had real experiences. I will gladly show you how I came up with that info as well.

Wow.... If I could turn back time, I'd have read through their terrible reviews and made a better, more educated decision before hiring them. When I showed our estimate to another contractor along with the work they did, they shook their head in disbelief. I urge anyone to read people's reviews, the writing is on the wall. I'm surprised they are even in business
