Deens is super responsive. I texted on a Friday, and they immediately responded. They came out Monday, on time at 10. I've had experiences with contractors that don't communicate at all, so this was much appreciated. Deens serviced and repaired our gas fireplace. They are very professional and courteous. Overall, it was a great experience.

Deen is great! He is very responsive and knowledgeable about his craft. Whether it has been running gas lines, remodels, or other specific detailed jobs Deen has always been there for Us. In the most recent event Deen came into my personal home and assisted with installing new LVP and Laminate plank flooring. Wow! Deen did an EXCELLENT job removing our old woodstove insert, and installing a new one. I contacted him and he was able to do the job the following week. He arrived on time and finished early. He left the room cleaner then he found it! He's VERY polite and made sure we knew what he was doing and why. The price was given in writing prior to the install and seemed very reasonable. He hauled our old stove away as well. Please give Deen a call if you need work done. You won't be disappointed!

Deen went out of his way to accommodate a last-minute fireplace install. Our general contractor notified us, after trying for months to get help with the install that his guy was not returning phone calls. We didn't know we had to jump in and rescue our contractor, but he was going to proceed with other things that would have been a big mistake like having our fireplace too far out and installing flooring that couldn't be fixed after the fact. We tried many others in Southern Oregon fireplace installers, and no one could or would help us with a Stuv fireplace. This was a fireplace we wanted and no one in Southern Oregon was selling them so we purchased it from Portland. We came to understand our choice in fireplaces was not typical so not many had experience or wanted to install it. Deen not only had experience, but he traveled from Salem to southern Douglas County to do so within days of our first call to him. Deen was not only knowledgeable and great about helping us, he was one of the most respectful contractors we have ever worked with. He was willing to take the time to answer any questions and meet with our general to make sure everything went smoothly with the other items needed by others to create a beautiful interior and exterior for our home. We learned he had a much broader knowledge than most and what most were making such a big deal about and whining and moaning, Deen just took care of quickly.
