Our electric stove exploded so we decided to convert to gas. Deen did a great job sending a detailed quote, along with clarifying questions and communicating to set up the schedule.
The only hiccup was a glitch in the Google invite schedule which was easy to resend.
He arrived on time, was efficient with his work and set up the gas tank hook-up to be ready for future appliances to convert to gas if choose. E.I.: if we need a bigger tank than the 30lbs we are using.
His pricing is very reasonable and I would call him back for future work.

I was lucky enough to find this company through Thumbtack and I am so thankful that I did! I was getting my house ready to sell and needed some help with completing some tasks around the house that were beyond my capabilities.

They were able to help me with plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and more!

They were priced very fairly, extremely responsive, able to get me scheduled quickly, easy to communicate with, it was easy to pay online, and they were very skilled and thorough. I will continue to use their services in the future and I recommend them to everyone!

I hired Imperial Construction to dismantle a wheelchair ramp and install a new hand railing system. Franco was the field rep and main worker for this project. Luis was his very able assistant. Franco was an excellent communicator! I knew what to expect and when. Every aspect of their work was professional with great attention to detail. Franco also suggested that they clean the moss from the cement and asphalt and put on a sealer. I knew this work was needed and was pleased with Franco’s suggested method of addressing the issue. I highly recommend Imperial Construction. I will definitely use them again.

Imperial did great! Everything was taken care of perfectly and their communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. After contacting 5 different business that all turned down the project because of difficulty they had everything done in 7 days (delays due to rain which is not their fault)

I am very pleased with Imperial Construction Services, LLC on the quality of work done for an office restoration at Grace Lutheran Church here in Corvallis. The basement office was damaged by a water leak that required a re-stucco of the basement wall, partial replacement of some drywall, and new wall paint and new carpet installed. The response to me request for bid was prompt. I was impressed with the very clear bid document written as a scope of work that detailed the work, what was included and what was the cost. Telephone communication was as frequent as needed to keep me posted on the work that was being done. This company performed as a seasoned well managed construction company.

Great experience from the start! Angel was very quick to respond to my initial request for a bid and continued to communicate updates and info. Raul was fantastic- completing our deck refinishing and repairs expertly and efficiently. All of the work was done within the expected time frame and budget (which was very reasonable). I would hire Imperial again and definitely would recommend them to others!

I’m very happy with how my projects turned out. I had a shower converted from a bathtub to a walk-in shower and an outdoor bbq vent boxed in. I also had Franco replace some siding on my patio. Franco was very reliable, very communicative and very knowledgeable about the jobs. My shower and vent cover turned out beautiful and I have had no problems with them. I will definitely be hiring him again in the future.

I hired Imperial Construction to remove and replace a house-full of lighting fixtures, including chandelier, two lighted fan units, pendant lights, ceiling fixtures, etc.

Unfortunately, some of the products came without instructions and it was no problem for the crew—they knew what to do and made it happen! One fixture had to be reordered due to a large crack that occurred in shipping.

Franco and his crew of guys worked tirelessly through all the hassles (including accommodating a second installation visit due to the delayed shipping of the replacement for the cracked fixture!)

The project outcome was impeccable and they cleaned up all the shipping materials and boxes and even made sure the floors/counters were cleared of all debris.

I am thrilled with the result and would gladly rehire Imperial Construction for future jobs! Franco is a delight to work with—very professional and friendly and great communication!

Jairo is a hard-working, detail-oriented handyman capable of a large variety of jobs. He is also a very kind, trustworthy person. He always tries to fit my project to my budget and leave me happy and satisfied. He also always lets me know when there are good, cheaper alternatives and then lets me decide what I want. Not pushy at all. As a woman I feel comfortable when home alone with him working; he is always very respectful and listens well. I highly recommend him!
