Green Acres has provided monthly service for both our home and our office for the past few years. They have been consistent willing to take additional instruction throughout the process.

The overall work by green acres is fine but after you sign a contract with them their company is horrible at calling you back if you have questions or responding to emails. I called them probably 7-8x over the last few months about scheduling to have our hedge trimmed and while the front desk took my messages and passed it along, never heard back!! Even when I had general questions about cost to remove or add services, never heard back. This is a decent company if you never need to talk to them after signing a contact.

We have had GreenAcres service our properties for 20+ years! There is a reason for this very long term relationship ~ quality service, fair pricing and honesty/integrity in their dealings. We would highly recommend them to perform any of your landscaping needs from install to maintenance!

Green Acres Landscape services a property I manage called Crawford Crossing. They have done amazing landscaping work on our property both timely and efficiently. We have called on them for emergency work and they have answered us immediately by sending someone over to fix the problem. As part of the management team over here, we often throw community events and reach out to our vendors to see if they would like to assist. Green Acres is always quick to lend a helping hand in these events which has built relationships with our tenants and with our management team. They are definitely someone we recommend to those looking for beautiful landscaping and a strong relationship with a credible vendor.

We hired Green Acres to do a significant cleanup of our overgrown front and back yard. We have several rose bushes, rhododendrons, hydrangeas, and other flowering plants that needed pruning, as well as ivy along a retaining wall that was getting out of hand and a privacy hedge of laurel that was very overgrown. The Green Acres crew did a great job of getting everything back to a manageable condition, and it looks lovely! We are very pleased and would recommend Green Acres.

I have my weekends back and my seasonal allergies are so much better since I hired Green Acres to do my landscaping. They are kind, attentive, professional and go the extra step. Thanks GA for everything you do to make it set and forget. Thanks for treating us like family!

I contacted Green Acres for a yard clean up. They were initially responsive, and Mario came to complete the quote promptly. He was initially professional. I typed up an itemized list of tasks that I wanted completed as part of the project. He assured me I would receive it by Monday. I didn't receive it. I called the office mid week. The office said I would have it in a couple days. They left a voicemail stating that I needed to return the quote signed. Never received it. They resent it due to typing my email in correctly. Hardly anything was listed that was on the list I sent with a price tag of 3k and a 1.5 month wait. The quote was too generalized, so I asked them for a revised quote with an itemized list before I would sign. The receptionist assured me that I would have it in a couple days. On that email Mario, Juan, Luis, and the Green Acres proposal department was copied. The quote didn't come. I emailed all of the individuals listed above, and I said if I didn't have it by the end of the week I would move to another company. I never received any other correspondence. I will give my hard earned money to a company that respects my business.

Our experience with Green Acres has been amazing. They came out and helped us design a beautiful space for our family to enjoy. The crew was always professional, on time and got the job done faster than we expected. We will send all of our family and friends to Green Acres. I had to remove and replace a retaining wall. This company had been highly recommended to me. The crew was amazing! They worked diligently in the heat of summer and with uncooperative terrain. I couldn’t be more pleased! I recommend you consider them for your landscaping needs.

My family has been through some times of late and I saw Green Acres add for Christmas Trees Flocked and delivered. The tree is incredible and the staff from start to finish were patient kind and well informed. Thank you so much for helping our Holiday be Merry and Bright!!!

This is the 2nd project that Green Acres has done for me and the most current job was a difficult one involving completely reworking my hard-to-reach back yard laden with clay soil. Enrique was a delightful crew lead, and very helpful and positive with me.The entire team was incredibly respectful and I'm thrilled with the outcome. Had G.A. do a remodeling to my yard. They removed old lawn, brought in 20 yards new soil, rototilled new soil into old soil and laid 2000+ sq. Feet of sod. They couldn't have been more professional

We hired Green Acres for a front yard landscape remodel. They gave us a time line and a budget. Not only did they beat the timeline but also added to the remodel design and stayed right on budget. During the process they were extremely communicative and informative. I also noticed they used local suppliers for their soil, bark dust, sod, and pavers. Such a great experience overall. I definitely recommend them.

UPDATE: Mario called me to explain his error. He took full responsibility for the missed appointment. While the previous errors Green Acres made regarding the wait time on the estimate and lack of follow through on my phone calls were not his fault, I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity to own the mistake he made. For that, I am giving them another chance. All companies have slip ups. Sometimes, there are a series of slip-ups that just happen to fall in the lap of the same person. It happens. I appreciate the effort to make it right. They came out today and did a great job getting my yard shaped up.

After waiting 2 months for an estimate, making numerous phone calls and sending several emails just to get my estimate, they "no-showed" for the job. I was told numerous times the "estimate was "on the way." I finally told them to forget it - I was going elsewhere. They then decided to finalize my estimate for general yard maintenance. I signed my contract and waited 2 weeks for them to start my yard maintenance. I hadn't heard any type of confirmation about my start date. So, I called the morning they were to start my job. They confirmed that I was on the schedule for that day. However, they never showed up. It seems they have such high demand, they no longer care about clients, integrity or doing a good job. Onward to a company that will appreciate my business and hard earned money. Thanks, but no thanks Green Acres. If you want reliability, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

We hired Green Acres to remove grass from our front yard and level the ground for a gravel driveway. WOW! They did a great job. The landscaper sent out to us, Luis, was professional, quick, and punctual. He also had a lot of positive things to say about management and ownership which is important to me because I try to spend money with good local businesses when I can.

When I called to set up the appointment, all of the office staff was very friendly and professional, and were able to get someone out to give us a bid surprisingly quickly given that it was the beginning of the landscaping "busy season."

I would give them six stars if Google would let me! Thank you Green Acres!

We had GA completely redo our backyard. So far the drainage issues due to the greenspace behind our back fence has been resolved. New turf, 3 new raised beds, moved trees and added a paver area for the new greenhouse we built. So much more enjoyable and usable space. They also did the front strip between our street and sidewalk. The dying tree was replaced, new pavers to walk across when parking on the street and additional boulders and river rock to have it blend in with our existing front yard. Awesome to work with. I use Green Acres for all of my commercial properties. From new landscape installation to ongoing maintenance there is no better outfit. The employees treat my property as if it were their own. Their attention to detail and knowledge of plants and products will make your property stand out. I can't recommend them highly enough.

All around 5 Star experience!! Hands down the best Santa pictures in town. Loved the complementary coffee & hot cocoa bar. Truly a beautiful place Christmas trees decked to the 9’s everywhere you look. Already looking forward to coming back next year.

Personnel were friendly and helpful in answering general questions pertaining to their building a garden deer fence. Craftsmanship was superior. Will use them again.

We had Green Arces coming over the last minute for a sprinkler pipe repair and they were able to help us on the same day. Although there were a misunderstanding on the dispatch fee, they did treat us right and were very professional.
