It is always the best feeling to come home to a fresh clean house ! I have gotten my home clean 2xs now and I am so greatful! I work long hours and last thing I want to do I clean on my day off . universal shine leaves my house so clean it’s easy for me to keep up and I get my weekends back! Ladies are very professional and throughou ! booking is super easy and in my opinion very affordable and they send me reminder notices when they are coming. Can’t say enough good things

I wish I'd gotten the names of the two team members that came out and cleaned my carpets. They were right on time and did an amazing job! Even after telling me it was unlikely they could get the red drink stains out of my daughter's bedroom carpet, they gave it a shot, and they were able to get rid of every stain in my apartment, except one tiny one.

They were upfront with the pricing for additional stain removal, and made sure I understood and agreed to the amount prior to doing the work. They were extremely professional and I would recommend them to anybody for their quality of work, all around demeanor, and price!

From first contact to finish our experience was exceptional! Our light tan carpeting is 12+ years old and it looks brand new. The numerous coffee stains are gone! Jeeva and Athena were delightful and efficient! Thank you so much!

Yenifer , was outstanding. she is a life saver. we had a painting problem from one of our technician on a carpet on the stairs and we had hire Someone else to do the cleaning, it turned out the homeowner wasn't very happy with the job they had done he only took 20-30mins to clean the affected area so we went and hired Universal Shine and boy let me tell you they made sure everything was fully completed to the homeowners standard and ours. They took the time to tell them step by step what they were going to do and finished up with us and the Homeowner super happy with the outcome! We are very thankful to had hire such great people with professionalism. Again Thank you universal shine!

Universal Shine has the best crews.... They treat my 90 year old folks with such respect and work around their needs to make them feel comfortable. The job is excellent and boy does our home smell good.

I cannot express how highly I recommend this fantastic company and their services. All of the cleaners are great! Alexis always goes above and beyond. She's very friendly, kind, and super hardworking. She came on her own today and it is the cleanest it has ever been! Absolutely phenomenal job! I'm so impressed by the quality of her work.

Additionally, I use the messenger app to communicate with their customer service and Rebecca is one of the best customer service reps I have interacted with anywhere. She's always ready and willing to help! I once missed the cleaners come by and she figured out how to still get some to me that day. I can't imagine shuffling people around to accommodate my error was easy but she made it seem so. She responds promptly and is very passionate about meeting your needs!

Overall this whole business and their employees are wonderful. I will never hire other cleaning companies ever again.

Armando and his team have been doing business for us for the better part of three years, and they never cease to amaze me! They have done work for us that I was sure was out of their scope, but they always have a "Can-do" attitude and provide outstanding results and customer service!

I'd have to say, Universal Shine has been a life saver. We have tons of multi family and single family units throughout Salem. It was so hard in the past to stay up with all the cleaning before. Now the business we call our "business family" has been wonderful and understanding to all of our needs. Universal Shine has stepped in to be our #1 go to cleaners. From just cleaning to carpet cleaning they have the answer and ability to do it all. I have to remind the boss man or other employees sometimes not to change out carpet, that i have 100% faith Universal Shine will get that carpet looking and smelling great! We have been able to save so much money not replacing carpet in between each tenant.

We own a property management company and we use Universal Shine to clean all carpets and house cleaning at our properties. We are so glad we found them. They are reasonably priced, respond quickly to questions and work orders, and they are detail-oriented. We have had issues with previous cleaning companies either overcharging for work, not performing work listed on an invoice, not doing a good job, or not showing up when they say they will. We have had zero issues with Universal Shine and highly recommend them.

I'm the Property Manager for Monroe Avenue Apartments and I absolutely love working with Universal Shine. They show up on the dates I schedule the work and do a fantastic job.
