Jim arrived promptly, got right to work, and as always did an amazing job. It is so wonderful to look at those carpets and see how clean and fresh they are. We always use Abbey Carpet Care and recommend them highly.

Jim was 15 minutes early for our appointment, he was super friendly and honest. We had requested for 3 seams to be repaired, and upon his arrival and inspection he informed us that there was nothing wrong with the integrity of the seams and that those would not need to be repaired, saving us several hundred dollars. He did a great job with our carpet, and area rug. It had been 4 years since the carpet was installed and had never been professionally cleaned. It looks and feels brand new... Thank you again Jim.

During the past two years, we have used Abbey Carpet Services five times. Three times to clean area rugs and twice to do general carpet cleaning in our home. Each time, we have been even more impressed by their professionalism and expertise. The large area rugs were thoroughly cleaned and dried. The in-home cleaning was carefully performed with dazzling results. On the first occasion, carpet stretching was necessary and expertly done, correcting the error of another service. Fees are well within industry standards. We are very pleased.

We’ve been using Abbey Carpet Care since 1994 and they are the only carpet cleaning service I’ll ever use. They are, simply put, the very best in Salem.
Jim and his staff are completely professional, trustworthy and always on time. The carpets are sparkling when they are done, stains lifted and smelling & looking so fresh and clean. Plus, they are literally nicest crew in the world, always so kind and cheerful.
I know they are trustworthy in my home, too and I have every confidence in their integrity when I leave them to do their work. That speaks volumes as to who Jim and his staff are, both personally and professionally!

Abbey Carpet Care did a great job cleaning our carpets. Erik arrived on time was very efficient and informative. He really left our carpets sparkling. We have used other carpet cleaners but wanted to give Abbey a try based on our neighbor’s recommendation. They weren’t the cheapest but they do a superior job and we’ll be using them in the future. Jim arrived on time and clearly described what he'd do, the time-line, and what we should expect. He was extremely positive and upbeat and it was easy to see he enjoyed helping people.

The final results were fantastic. Our 21 year old carpet looked brand new. I could tell Jim was very pleased with the results also as he reminded us that they would come back and spot clean free of charge if any spots reappeared. He was confident we wouldn't have any spots, but it is nice to know their work is guaranteed.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results and are very happy with low cost especially considering the savings by not needing to replace our carpet.

We have fairly old and stained wall-to-wall carpeting and area rugs. Now they look great. Jim was punctual, explained the costs clearly, and finished in much less time than anticipated. We will definitely call on Abbey when we next need carpet cleaning.

We just had the tile floors cleaned and sealed. Eric was punctual, gave us an estimate, and did a great job with the tile floors. I just wish we had started having the tile cleaned regularly years ago. We will continue to regularly have carpets and tile floors cleaned annually by Abbey.

We have called on Abbey Carpets Care at least 6 times over the years. I trust them, appreciate them all. Jim is who I usually schedule with but the entire staff is well skilled. My carpets always look fantastic when they are done. I feel I get over and above in service and response. I had a flooring issue in a previous visit and Jim repaired the floor and stretched the carpet beautifully. I recommend them fully!

We just bought a new house and our cats clawed at the carpet trying to get into the bedroom… I thought we were going to have to replace all of it. I called Abbey Carpet Care and spoke with the owner Jim. He reassured me this is a common issue and he could fix it. He came out and the repair was done in under an hour and you can’t even tell where the damage was! I was so relieved. He did a resection and it’s so seamless you wouldn’t even know.
