We had Greenway Scapes landscape a new cottage cluster in NE Portland. Work was carried out very efficiently and fast. Price was very reasonable for the volume included. The crew were great and easy to work with.

Mike was very professional and creative when working through our design. He provided continuous progress updates with photos and met with us personally on several occasions at our home to verify everything was to our expectations.
The crew was meticulous about their quality of work and it shows- the craftsmanship was above our expectations. The cobblestones and artificial turf are level and blend together naturally. The flow of the entire project worked with our natural landscape.

This is a -1, these guys keeps parking in my driveway todo. Someone else's yard. The property is posted no parking signs. The still park there, asked them to move there truck and still no response from them.

Super happy with the yard. They were prompt. Showed up when they said they would and completed the job exactly as they said they would. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

OK, first of all these guys are incredibly responsive and hard-working so yes thumbs up five stars and if he didn’t on the company already, I would suggest a raise!

We have been very satisfied with Keeping Up With The Jones remodel landscaping of our side & back yard. A lot of issues with winter use by the dog without having mud problems, along with drainage and appearance have been solved.
In addition when our old irrigation Backflow device on the front yard blew out into a geyser this year they had the Backflow replaced with a new one that same day.

Joe and his crew came out and did an amazing job revamping my entire yard! He first looked at the yard, provided some suggestions on how to improve the look, what types of plants and trees to use, and gave me a fair quote. He even scheduled me in the following week even though it was peak season (May). They were professional, personable and efficient. Joe even built me a custom planting box! My yard looks awesome!

We are currently facing some outstanding issues with the completion of the project, hence we are currently at a 2 star review rather than a 4 or 5 star review. The paver patio is impressive, but we are still waiting for the sail shade installation, power washing, and resanding of the side and back yard paver walkway to complete the entire look. We paid for the entire project so KUWTJ should be doing their best to ensure the project is done. This project started in April and its now July. Despite the delay, we remain hopeful that once the work is finished, we will be satisfied with the overall outcome.

Id give negative starts if possible. Hired at the start of 2024 to do weekly yard maintenance. For a few months they were great. May 2024 hit and they started coming on the wrong day, not consistent and missing weekly service all together. Finally got ahold of the owner in June and expressed frustration, had a very good and hopeful conversation and moved forward. Good consistent service for almost a month. Late July hit and into August, no shows again, and still sending full bill. Called office, emailed, and texted the owner every time there was a no show and would get a respond 1/2 the time. Got so bad that we started deducting the amount we paid each bill to make up for missed service. We hit October, we have leaves everywhere, we have received service once in October, I've called, texted and emailed. Each time owner stating they would be out the next day, then no shows. He even had the nerve to say they were out there the week prior so was not coming that week... with an inch of leaves on the ground, not to mention we have cameras proving no one was there, the owner still did not make it right. No one has shown for over 7 weeks, and they had the nerve to send a bill for the full amount due December 1st for Decembers monthly service. What a joke! Wont pay another dime and seriously considering legal actions to recover the money we already paid for the month of November as we have had no service. I had high hopes for this company, especially after speaking to the owner directly, but that all went away since we have not got service in over 7 weeks. The fact that a business owner can be ok with his crew not showing up at all and not performing the work they were already paid for is really sad. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you do use them make sure they complete the entire job BEFORE you pay them. If you hire them for monthly service, pay after the month has passed to make sure they actually show, not before or they will steal your money.
I did send one final text to the owner stating if the crew comes out one last time to do a final mow and blow and leaf removal and grass fertilization for the winter, Id be fine to call it even (even though we paid for the entire month on November). I have received no response and no crew has shown up. If they do lll update this review. Not holding my breath though.

This project was a nightmare that I continue to live with every time I go in backyard.
Joe was to place river rock around a shed in back and small brick area in front of it (using brick and pavers I had) which seems like a simple job. Joe told me when he did bid that the area around shed would be leveled by digging out 1.5 to 2 “ so ground was level to keep rick in place. That was not done and the sandstone placed randomly in rocks, looks like it is floating on a wavy lake. I will be hiring someone next summer to level ground.
There was edging to be placed between grass and River Rock and, again, not done.
A no show on a Thursday. I sent text stating i do not want them come on Friday since I will not be there. They came anyway. When I returned home from work, edging was not around grass and a Dogwood tree I requested was planted one foot from fence giving it no room to grow. It will be moved out 2-3 feet.
A great deal of labor consisted of his worker redoing everything he did the day before.
I put 1/2 down and will not be paying balance. I requested a final bill since original quote was on 2 separate estimates and I never received one.
Joes communication, professionalism and any pride in his work did not exist. Just did not care or listen to me.
Nightmare job and I would never recommend them.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven miles into the country to find this place closed, while their website assures me it’s open. Sadly, they’ve lost a customer, because I’ve been fooled too many times. Sometimes shopping local isn’t as easy as shopping at big stores, because they’re unreliable.
