I truly appreciate you for taking the steps that needed taken and making sure things were done my kids also loved to bother you which is a great thing!I can't thank you enough!

Have had nothing but a great experience with Universal Shine. From day one, everyone has been personable and professional. The results of their work have been amazing every time. They are well worth the investment.

A special review for Jennifer, who is one of the absolute best people to work with. People say about others that “above and beyond” is where they go but to me, that is her normal setting. Always look forward to working with her.

I was referred to Universal Shine by one of our employees. I called them and they came and gave us an estimate within 2 days. They were right on time and very professional during the estimate appointment. They gave me a price before they left and the BEST thing of all was they squeezed us into their schedule that same day and did their first cleaning for us because we needed it! They are at our office the same day and time every week. We appreciate the great job they do and the professionalism. Thank you Universal Shine for a job well done. Glad we found you!

We have been using Universal Shine for cleaning and carpet cleaning for several years at properties that I manage. They are always fast and thorough. Today Yenifer and a co-worker came out an cleaned our carpet and it looks great! Thank you!

We own a property management company and we use Universal Shine to clean all carpets and house cleaning at our properties. We are so glad we found them. They are reasonably priced, respond quickly to questions and work orders, and they are detail-oriented. We have had issues with previous cleaning companies either overcharging for work, not performing work listed on an invoice, not doing a good job, or not showing up when they say they will. We have had zero issues with Universal Shine and highly recommend them.

I'm the Property Manager for Monroe Avenue Apartments and I absolutely love working with Universal Shine. They show up on the dates I schedule the work and do a fantastic job. Every time I visit an apartment while it's being cleaned, the workers are so busy detailing everything. Then they go above and beyond by sending pictures of the apartments before cleaning. This is very beneficial should we ever need proof during a court case or simply for record keeping purposes. I highly recommend Universal Shine and thank them for the hard work.

Very friendly staff and super thorough with their cleaning. I have been impressed every time! I switched from another cleaning company after being disappointed with the quality of work. I now use Universal Shine exclusively for all my apartment cleanings!

Universal Shine is great! Jackie came and cleaned the kitchen and the main bathroom in my apartment and it looks so nice. She did such a wonderful job and I’m beyond pleased with how affordable and personable the service was. Jackie was also really sweet and thorough while she was cleaning. I definitely recommend Universal Shine if you need help getting your space deep cleaned.

We had the distinct pleasure of hosting Armando with Universal Shine in one of our recent training classes, and they were an absolute delight from start to finish. The team displayed an eagerness to learn and a dedication to furthering their education that was truly inspiring.
It was a joy to have them in our class, and we are confident that their clients will benefit greatly from their continuous efforts to stay at the forefront of the industry. Universal Shine is a shining example of professionalism and passion in the field of exterior cleaning. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking a company that combines expertise with a heartfelt commitment to their craft.

I manage a larger community in West Salem and have been working with Universal Shine for approximately 4-5 years. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and competitive in price - especially for the high level of skill provided by their team members.

If ever we need something specific addressed for our residents, they are always available to help find solutions that work. Partnering with Universal Shine has, honestly, made my job A LOT easier and has helped us provide a great place for our residents to call "home".

If you need a cleaning service that provides five-star service, I sincerely recommend Universal Shine!

these cleaners come dressed Professionally and they are kind hard working people all of them I will continue using them on my Apartment Complex we have 84 units and high college turnover and this company always answers our call and leaves our units Shiny and we are always happy with the cleaning they provide best cleaners I have had yet!

Wouldn’t recommend. When I hire cleaners it’s because I’m wanting them to do a better job than what I can do, but the cleaning that I received was very surface level. I feel like I wasted my money. It looks like all they did was vacuum and dust as fast as possible. My oven wasn’t cleaned, neither were my baseboards, shower is still dirty, doorframes still had dust, underneath my entertainment center still had dust and dog hair, there was cleaner that was sprayed on my fridge that was never wiped off…. It also smelled like all the cleaning rags they used where already dirty :-(

EDIT: I emailed them on 9/8 like they said to do in response to my review and nobody ever actually called me….

10/10, Universal Shine just hits different.

Besties. Call Universal Shine when your home needs a glow up. I've collabed with several cleaning companies over the years and they take the W. The staff is highkey amazing.

Anyway, they pass the vibe check. ✨ And I love that for them. ✨

Armando is the best! The quality is the best, and they are super dependable and reliable. Definitely recommend. A+++

I have worked as an apartment manager in both Salem and Albany, Oregon, and I first began using Universal Shine in 2018 at my previous property. Since then, I’ve continued to rely on their services because of the consistently excellent results they provide.

Their wraparound services—including cleaning, carpet cleaning, and emergency flood water removal—have been invaluable over the years. They have handled everything from small spiff cleans to massive haul-outs involving floor-to-ceiling trash, always with professionalism and efficiency.

Their pricing is fair, especially considering they typically bring more than one cleaner to ensure the job is done thoroughly. Communication is also stellar, making coordination easy and stress-free. One thing I especially appreciate is that they have maintained much of the same staff for years, which really speaks to the quality of the company and the care they put into their work.

Overall, Universal Shine is a wonderful company with truly great employees, and I highly recommend them.

I liked ❤️ the quiet place and I would return to this place again

Great job cleaning my sofa it looks new again . Definitely recommend if your looking for good quality work

Jose and company did an awesome job! They were professional and very clean!

They did amazing work on multiple pieces of furniture for us. Not only did they revive our furniture, they were excepionally careful with our entire house. They covered the flooring, wore shoe covers, etc. to ensure keeping our home clean and protected during their visit. Amazing service and we will be using them again in the future!

Quick, reliable, excellent service.

The service was professional and well done . The carpets were in three pieces that needed to be moved outside to wash and dry. They were super clean ! Looked Great!
